The product is very good, and in itself good value. The carriage charge, at around twice the price of the product, was off-putting, but I decided to buy it anyway. It took several weeks to be delivered by Fed Ex. Royal Mail second class would have been a lot cheaper and a lot quicker.

Your order was placed on 30 March with Free Shipping for delivery by 16 April.
Occasionally, operational exigencies may require us to split an order into multiple packages. Your order was shipped in two packages, one via FedEx and the other via UPS. Per the tracking pages, the FedEx package was delivered on 6 April and the UPS package on 15 April.
When the first package was dispatched, our notification email did state that it was partially shipped.

The product arrived in good time and appears well made. However, I ordered a drawstring closure on my parasol cover but the item delivered had a push clip instead of a drawstring. The design of the clip is flawed in that it serves no discernable purpose, it does not reduce the diameter of the cover at all, it's just a wasted clip. I have held off giving this review in the hope that the company would respond to my email of 6 days ago. After contacting them again on day 3 I was told someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. Your time is up. Note that the website is UK based but the products are "designed" in the US and made in India - not suggesting that's a problem but perhaps adds to the slow response of customer services. I would not recommend this company.
