I have given Coversnall the opportunity to respond to me but they have failed to do so. I provided the measurements to a cover I ordered by sketching it and putting all the measurements on it in cm. The final product does not fit my firepit chiminea anywhere near enough to what I wanted. In fact my previous cover was better suited. I am really frustrated with this as it cost almost £100.00 where as my previous cover was £20.00! The materiel is better of course. The skirt around the bottom should shut around the legs but it's far wider then needed and requires an elasticated cord to pull it all in.
I spent time speaking to India for advice before placing my order. I asked if they sold the accessories to fit this product, and was told that I need to buy bungee bands to secure the cover., the advisor & I got to the same price for the product. I placed my order online, as they cannot take telephone orders.
I chose on the website a pergola cover, there is a picture of this all set up. I chose the better fabric for a five year peace of mind cover.
The order arrived in good time, only to find out that it was just a sheet of tarpaulin, no holes for fixing.
After several attempts I got through to India, & was asked to send photographs.
No acknowledgement of receiving the photographs. Called two days later, only to be caller No: 5, only to get to No: 1 and the phone line goes dead. This happened over & over again. I tried a live chat, again not great, but they confirmed they had the photographs. Called the next day, got through, an advisor said that an email would be sent within two hours, I got one from Richard after three hours, not too bad! He said he had checked my account, only to see that I had not added ‘grommets', I have never called eyelets grommets, in the UK a grommet is placed in the ear for glue ear!
I could not understand why they would have a section on pergolas, only to have you add your own grommets, on a tiny drop down menu named ‘grommets'. How else would one fix a cover to a large structure?
This went on for several more days, and three advisors cutting the call over & over again!
Richard is the busiest person in the world due to the pandemic!
He eventually sent an email to say he has sent out the eyelets or if you are American ‘grommets'!
I have still got to punch the material and attach them after I buy some sort of gadget. I just wish they would prompt the customer as most companies do to add anything additional to the order if not a standard, although I do think it is ridiculous not to have them already fixed.
Cover arrived today - a week earlier than promised. FIRST CLASS product - fits my firepit perfectly.
First class customer service and attention to detail from this company. Would certainly recommend them.
Good value product but EXCESSIVE delivery charge
I couldn't rate anything at the minute as have not yet received any of my delivery. Tracking is slow and it's saying it's been in the Motherwell facility since Friday. Still no further update.

I'm really pleased with the cover I ordered for my daybed. It fits perfectly and is great quality.
Arrived ahead of schedule and good quality for the price. We had two panels made for our verandha so we could extend the period keeping warm while sitting and eating in the garden. The only thing we can find fault with so far is that the eyelets for hanging them were not spaced out evenly and varied by between 1 inch and 1.3/4 inches. Overall though we are quite happy.
Very good quality fabric and zips. Plus they came very quickly considering they were made to measure. Easy to use website. The finished cushions fitted perfectly.
Warning about carcinogenic plastics in the fabric
Took weeks to arrive, didn't realise it was coming from India, increasing carbon emissions etc.
I placed an order for replacement cushion covers and then read some reviews after and became worried. However I needn't of been. Yes the goods do ship from India but they arrived the day they were supposed to and was able to be tracked via UPS. The product was such a high quality finish - would definitely recommend.
Not happy that had to clean off all the chalk marks that had been used to see the product together

Each cover is passionately handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements you enter while placing the order. We ship hundreds of covers each day and admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, it is highly unlikely that each of your 9 covers is the wrong size.
Your order confirmation email lists the measurements you provided for each cover. Kindly compare the ordered size with the covers you have received. If you find any discrepancies, please take a picture of the product showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. We are committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered.
I paid £32 for priority shipping to arrive before my business reopened. The day before it was due to arrive I called to ask what time it would be delivered. I was told the order would take 1 more week to arrive and the best they could offer me was 10% refund if the shipping cost. £3.20! Of an order which cost more than £200!
When the product arrived it was shorter than I ordered originally
We were looking to replace our patio furniture seat & back pads. After sourcing some better quality foam we needed new covers to fit them. Covers & All were very helpful helping us with the dimensions for the covers when we phoned them. Very easy to order online & the quality is very good. We are so pleased with the new covers which make our patio furniture look like new. Very well made & strong double ended zips. Would definitely recommend.
