Excellent service providing fitted cover for my outside bar. The team requested photos and more specific dimensions to create a better fitting cover than I had originally asked for. The cover was delivered promptly within a few weeks.
The product was order then we got a email saying shipping was delayed to the 19th of April no product arrived check system no update about new delay. When I contacted them it was me doing the chasing, informed again products delayed, complained and ask for compensation or good will gesture but not interested finally came a week later. Will not use again

Though the result is excellent. After several exchanges post ordering and photos We have Perfect fitting covers for my out door furniture. No need to take the cushions in each night. The Cover fits perfectly with them on. And in my opinion good value.
