Ordered Charcoal Grey Cushion Covers for outdoor seating, was given a 1 week delivery date, items failed to be delivered on time even after being reassured. Contacted Covers and All I was then told due to restrictions and the current Covid situation they where running behind on orders and that they would be despatched within the week. 2 weeks later still no covers! Contacted Covers and All once again to be told the same as before running late on orders, then was informed that the material for cushion covers is currently out of stock! The next day received an email stating that my order was being shipped. Received the covers and felt very disappointed! Colour received was not charcoal grey but a khaki green! Contacted Covers and All and there response was that the covers are charcoal grey, when they are clearly not and the fault was entirely mine. Currently trying to get my money back, via credit card company and small claims court under the Sale of Goods Act. DO NOT USE APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a cover for our new semi circular garden sofa. Despite the irregularity of the shape, I found the ordering process and assistance in providing critical dimensions, fairly simple. Where there was any doubt on the manufacturers they asked for clarification. When the covers arrived exactly on the given date, they fitted absolutely perfectly, looked good and such that I have now ordered more for our other furniture.

Delivered ahead of schedule. Beautifully packaged. Being made to measure meant we could get exactly what we needed to protect our hand built gazebo in the winter months with out spoiling its appearance.

I ordered some cushions at the beginning of April I still haven't received them, I have had a email to say there's a delay! Hopefully they will arrive soon

Quite a sneaky company really, makes out there a UK company with a UK website. I ordered thinking I was shopping local. Turns out there an American company and produce their covers in India.

I have no problem with that but I specifically wanted to buy local.

Aside all that they got the size of my cover 2ft too small.

Very disappointed! No chance of a refund either. Definitely won't use again.

Great buying experience, easy to submit requirements. Great follow up after order placed to ensure all dimensions were correct. All good until product arrived both of which were too big. They are baggy so don't look great and also hold water after rain. Shame.

Not sure how good the product is as it was due on the 23/4/21, and as of the 3/5/21 it is still not here. At over £140 I expect better service. The web site leads you to believe it's a uk company, but it's actually made in India.
