Disconnected twice from agent queue after holding for over 10 minutes just as you get to number one.
Add on to order cannot be priced until "production team" see the order but have to pay for basic order in the first place then pay for extras had to be done by phone with USA. Without add on of zips order would be useless to me. Unhelpful and "clunky" administration. Delivery dates not met and order £400 plus.

I was quite nervous as I was spending quite a lot of money and hadn't bought a swatch to check material. I then worried about my measurements, but everything has been fantastic! I am so pleased with the end result! The material is great, the zips, chunky and very professional looking. Piping around the edge of my cushions also looked amazing.

So far an amazingly easy process. I thought I was going to have to try to make a cover myself so was very pleased to find a company who custom make. Hope I will be as pleased when it arrives and it is easy to put on & take off, and the dog can't tear it!
Cover has arrived and it's brilliant! It fits perfectly & does exactly what I wanted of it. My only little grumble is that it arrived about 10 days after the date they had given for delivery. When I enquired I discovered was being made in India. Delay was very understandable as they were experiencing awful problem with Covid.

Items arrived a completely different colour to the shown colour on website. Struggled to get hold of anyone in customer service and when we did we were redirected to an email address. There was no offer/negotiation to be had to help sort the issue. All emails were automated. Wouldn't waste my time with them again.

Easy to order. The covers produced are very well made from good quality fabric.

Good waterproof fabric. One brass ringlet missing and a little oversized. Ideally a draw string would have been provided. Delivery took longer than expected but we didn't realise it would be shipped from India.

Purchased a cover to go over our Large Cushion Storage (which was supposed to be waterproof). The cover fits perfectly and looks great, cannot recommend enough.

Even prior to the latest COVID impact to India - where the products are made- the website experience was poor, communications were confused and I had to chase to get them to even make. Took twice as long as promised at the outset - and even that initial timescale was longer than I wanted to ideally wait.

Straight forward enough, shipping seems a long time, but then it's a custom made item.
In fact, my tarpaulin arrived (from India) 10 days early - quicker shipping than some UK products! Well made, heavy duty material, EXCEPT that along the short edges, there are 2 spaces between grommets of around 570mm (their standard spacing is 600mm), and then 2 spaces of around 470mm. That's the only niggle for an otherwise excellent product and service.

Excellent service from start to finish, great communication

Ordering was very easy, they give me a date for delivery within days of receipt of order. Order arrived on that date. Product very good quality and a very happy customer.

The covers I received are very well made and fit perfectly.

I have used cover & all on several occasions now and the products that are deliver are fantastic and everything I need and have asked for.
I would highly recommend!

We had a custom cover made for our BBQ - the measuring guide on the website was well written, and I appreciated the check-backs based on the photos I included to get the fit just right. The cover is very solidly built and survived 47kmph winds on its first outing!
