Great communication throughout the order, really pleased with the quality of the seat covers

I was very anxious about getting the measurements right and explaining what I wanted, but I needn't have worried. The cover is a perfect fit, unlike the old one which has never been right. And it arrived a lot sooner than I expected!

I was initially very impressed with the site and then I ordered. The delivery date of one week after ordering gave me confidence. Nearly 2 months later I still have no goods. They are being made and shipped from India and the company are actually in the US. My goods were promised on several missed delivery dates. Finally received tracking a week ago but the delivery date was missed. I am expecting them next week but have not got a lot of confidence in this.

Straight forward steps to custom measure and correct fit

Product seems very good quality. Excellent fit. Very happy. Order was slightly delayed but in current circumstances totally understandable.

I ordered covers for our garden furniture and thought I was supporting a British business. I am also concerned about the carbon footprint about products that I order. I was dismayed to find, that when my covers arrived after considerable delay, they arrived with a cargo sticker from an Indian airport. In their FAQ, if you dig for the information, it says the covers are designed in the US and manufactured in India. If you want to support a British business during Covid and you want your products on time and you don't want a massive carbon footprint attached to what you buy, then don't buy from here.

Easy to order and good quality products. However, delivery date was 5 days later than confirmed.

Received my replacement covers and was blown away by the quality of the material and the workmanship. So much so that I decided to order again to cover another patio furniture set. Excellent price made the whole experience one I would recommend very highly.

Disconnected twice from agent queue after holding for over 10 minutes just as you get to number one.
Add on to order cannot be priced until "production team" see the order but have to pay for basic order in the first place then pay for extras had to be done by phone with USA. Without add on of zips order would be useless to me. Unhelpful and "clunky" administration. Delivery dates not met and order £400 plus.
