Really bad service. They don't believe you. They keep asking for photos and measurements and photos again an again to validate your complaint. Shoddy workmanship. Pretend they are in England but are in India. Use at your peril.
I ordered a clear curtain and we love it. Customer service was excellent too and the curtain is great quality and a great price; we will now be ordering all the covers for our garden furniture through Cover & All. We were extremely dissatisfied in the way you dealt with your customer relations. It felt like we were talking to a call centre when I needed to talk directly to the manufacturer. I found the whole experience very frustrating and was continually bombarded with promotional adverts which on a number of occasions got muddled with important information sent by your team about my cover which delayed the delivery by months.
Paid in full and got Ben delivery date but nothing. Rang and they gave me a 2nd date but still not delivered. I am really furious.

Covers and All were very good keeping me up to date on my order until it was due to be shipped. They gave me a tracking number with the date and estimated time. This came and went. Now three days over expected delivery with no new date for delivery. I have been in a virtual conversation with them and they said leave it with them. Still waiting for for an update. Not impressed.
I have waited in now two different days for the seat cushion covers to be delivered with the last day being Friday. They have not arrived again which is very annoying and a complete waste of my time!
We went for the sand colour and we are very happy with the way it looks. It makes our tired old furniture look good as new. The material is really hard wearing yet comfortable to sit on. Zips are high quality so easy to put on and to take off if needed.
The team really made the effort to understand the dimensions of my firepit which is a very unusual and unique shape. Product is a good quality and looks built to last.

You have asked us to review your product and services. We were due to receive our product a week ago and it did not turn up. There was no email or apology explaining the delay. We had hoped to have the product for an event so it was extremely disappointing to be let down. On enquiry we were informed that there had been a delay but didn't explain why and that we will receive it next week - a week later than guranteed.
We were offered a 10% discount which is appreciated but have yet to receive that refund either.
Not the best start for new customers.
You'll not regret buying these covers. They are of superb quality and fitted perfectly to the exact dimensions I supplied.
These covers won't be needing replaced for a long time to come (unlike many other inferior quality ones I have had in the past.
Sort it out, sending review emails, when it's now 2weeks since I should have received it, and I have no idea when it will arrive. Ridiculous
Two orders placed a week apart. 1st order was urgent so paid £18.95 for express delivery at the end of April. Order wasn't despatched until May and is now held up at customs and I still don't have it. 2nd order arrived promptly which ironically was free delivery! They refunded me the express delivery postage after 3 attempts but I'm still waiting for the covers.
