I was a little wary when I read some of the reviews but the website is excellent and I decided to go ahead anyway. The fact that this product is made and shipped from India was one of my concerns particularly with the Covid crisis which is engulfing the country. The product arrived only 5 days later than the first estimated date and I was able to track its progress. The product itself is excellent quality, heavy duty, fits well and I'm sure will be effective and durable.

Paid nearly £80 for a cover when I thought it included the full cushion.

Would definitely purchase again, however I would improve your packaging as the product was severely creased which I'm hoping comes out once stretched. Overall good quality.

Ordered on 02/04/21 - meant to be delivered 26/04/21 to get a text that they couldn't get hold of the material for the cushion cover about a day before it was meant to be delivered... I'm now still waiting for the product!

The covers were great quality and good value for money. There was a delay of a few weeks, which if I'd been informed about this, rather than having to phone up to enquire, I would have given 5 stars

I ordered the items on the 6th April with an expected delivery date of the 19th April. I heard nothing and when tracking just said on production. After chasing twice I was told there was a delay and eventually my items were dispatched and received on the 5th May.
I am very pleased with the product, it is made well, fits perfect and looks nice.

A little longer wait than expected until I realised that although it is a uk company the items were shipped from Mumbai

It took over 6 weeks to receive my cover and when I got in contact with them it was a different excuse each time... covid, changed supplier, out of stock etc etc

Easy to order, process made very easy to measure etc.

I was able to finally complete my order after email communications with the sales team, who were very helpful.

My order should have arrived 15th April it didn't come till 10th May. This wasn't really acceptable.
I thought the logo would have been bigger and it really looks stupid.
The cushions themselves are of good quality, but it doesn't make up for the disappointment

Covers arrived a little later than expected but we were very pleased with the quality and finish when they got here.

Absolutely awful. Promised these covers by the end of April, still not turned up, if I send emails they just come back saying the address doesn't exist
