The initial ordering experience was thorough and satisfactory. However, on (eventual) arrival the covers were incorrectly sized, despite several design confirmations and therefore did not fit the previously constructed seating. Nor was it possible, or viable, to add an extra layer of internal foam to correct the mistake.

I made a schoolboy error and shrunk my covers so measured using the website guidance and I am completely delighted with them they fit perfect and excellent material. Only downside was they took longer than initially stated but overall worth the wait and would definitely use again. Customer services more than happy to keep me updated. Thank you highly recommended :)

Promised delivery on 12 th May after waiting nearly a month, still haven't received order.
Also promised refund on delivery cost haven't received that either

I was looking for some covers for our pallet furniture (2 chairs and 1 table) howevet I couldn't find any anywhere other than I'll fitting generic covers which would no doubt rip and tear and wouldn't t look the part so I found cover & all. Yes you can buy cheaper covers elsewhere however I guarantee they will not fit like these. The process was very easy, send in the measurements, receive confirmation with a plan of your item, give the go ahead and that's it. I received the covers within a few weeks and they are a perfect fit and seem to be very durable material so I expect these to last a long time. Definitely recommend.

Bought covers with a clear vinyl panels. There were at least 5 dirt patches stucked under joints where the clear panel was glued to the tarpaulin. Looked dirty and unsightly.

Disappointed with the product. I thought I'd ordered a lightweight beige cover for my Weber grill, but I have received a really heavy, thick black plastic cover. A big struggle for a woman!

I have unusual shaped garden furniture cushions and couldn't find anything that would fit so I went for custom made cover. It arrived exactly as I specified and made of hardwearing material. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ordered the custom made heavy tarp, worried about a few bad reviews, but spot on with measurements and good strong tarp reinforced edges, received within a week

I found the website very easy to use, we needed 3 bespoke covers and it was no problem. We were kept informed with the delivery dates and they arrived on time. The covers are very well made, look very robust (time will tell) and we are very pleased with them. Would highly recommend.
