Found the website very easy to navigate and the prices extremely competitive.
Had a delay in receiving goods which was totally understandable, but don't think the chat agent handled my questions particularly well.
However, when product arrived it fitted perfectly. The material is good quality and the workmanship is of a high standard.
Would definite recommend.

They just didn't seem to be honest about my order delivery dates. This changed three times. First they blamed covid 19, then they said they were out of stock of the material, then it was coming from a factory in India.

But. And I do have to stress, the product is good and looks well made, which is what earned them their two stars.

The website was good and easy to use. The responses from the company were very good and the cover arrived on time. It is just perfect in size and quality. I have been delighted by the experience.

I ordered some made to measure shades. Measured everything three times, knocked 6 inches off for the D ring etc. You need to knock much more off. The website should give you total dimensions including the D ring etc once you have put your size in.
Mine are now not taught enough and don't look as good as they should

Ordering was very straightforward and covers were delivered at time promised. I was hugely impressed by the quality of the material and workmanship.

We are more than happy with our cover great quality and fantastic prices. Even turned up early which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Really easy to add custom measurements and order. The products are exactly as measured so you do not need to add any margin for error, they are properly made to measure.

So impressed with the continuous interaction and email updates to ensure that I was getting my requirements met. Took delivery after a couple of weeks of final requirements updates and I am extremely happy with the final result.

Ordered a bespoke canopy had images of what is entailed when i went thru the process of order and payment it said nothing about adding the fittings. When arrived theres no fittings. I called they said you should have added the fittings extra. I said it wasnt stated.to get it sorted i wanted to buy the fittings and they said i cant that they only come with the canopy lol. What a joke this is totally unbelievable and unacceptable where is the logic. I learn by experiences and know not to use again

Very pleased with the quality of the made to measure outdoor cushion covers. There was a slight delay and the goods were delivered slightly later than expected, but well worth the wait.

The product I ordered seems to be reasonably good quality in line with the price paid.
The whole process took weeks and it was delivered 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
I doubt I will order from coversandall again, not because of the product but due to the lead time, it's just too long.

Ordered made to measure table and chair covers but realised after placing the order that my colour and fabric wasn't the same for both. Phoned the number given and it was promptly answered and she very quickly resolved the problem. I even got a refund as one original cover was more expensive. The delivery date was accurate and tracked easily. Very pleased with all items.

The design department seemed incapable of simple arithmetic

The drawings were easy to understand and easy to add the dimensions to.
A very easy process to order a made to measure cover for anything you want.

Ordered a custom size shade sail. Asked for help from the customer service team on measuring up as the site suggested. The guy was useless, just kept sending me the instructions but didn't answer any of my follow up questions.
When it arrived the colour of the sale wasn't as described, ordered the beige but what arrived was a lot darker than on the images shown and closer to brown.

Easy to use website and great quality product. Only thing I'd change is Velcro loops on the cushion covers as an option and possibly slightly faster delivery but was well worth the wait.

Very pleased with the replacement cushion covers for our Rattan Furniture. Has given it a new lease of life.
