Cover & All asked for more measurements to ‘make our furniture cover more bespoke'. Fine. They then made an additional charge and delay the order without communicating this first. Not fine. They then cannot understand why you would want to revert back to the original measurements which, although less bespoke, would have had no additional cost and still fit.
To summarise: Customer Service colleagues are not able to put themselves in the customer shoes when asked simple questions, they are not able understand any questions in fact. However, they will confirm receipt of your email, constantly wish you well "in these strange times" and "thank you for choosing us".
The ‘bespoke' design that arrived is does not easily fit as feared and a less fitted more square design would have worked better…

Cover arrived exactly as expected and faster than I thought it would
Easy site to navigate. After I had placed the order, I saw that I had made a mistake with the colour. I called Cover & All and received very good customer service.
The cover is excellent. The only criticism is that I received an e-mail that it would be delivered on 10th May and it arrived on 14th.
Easy to order but considerable delay had to contact and state wanted to cancel before getting resolution
The promotional image shows a fabric draw cord which is expected to extend the full circumference of the cover which, when pulled, pulls in the full cover.
The actual pull cords (there are two) are cord and are 18 inches long and fixed and do not pull the full extent of the cover.
The product appears to be of a very good quality overall which I trust will endure and not deteriate.
I contacted the company first and was told that my order would take approximately 14 days. It did take slightly longer but I am very happy with the product
Paid extra for quick delivery, did not get quick delivery.

Ordered covers and they were due to be delivered and I had heard nothing from them. Chatted online to them and one person said they would be despatched in 2 hours and the other said 24 hours. This was on the day that they were supposed to be delivered. Was not impressed by the customer service at all.
It was very easy to order the made to order the made to measure cushion covers for garden furniture.
