Mostly satisfied. The covers are good quality and made exactly right. However, there are the extra fixings that I paid for missing and as yet I haven't heard back from them. The only disappointing thing to happen

Excellent service, kept me informed at all stages. Items arrived weeks earlier than predicted.

The product is brilliant but it took such a long time to get it with no tangible communication.

I have waited in for 3 days for my table cover to arrive. After 1 failed delivery because I was not at home the Fed Ex delivery driver left a call card stating they would be redelivering my order next day.
I have waited in for 3 days now and still no sight of it.
Unable to speak to FedEX or Cover & All UK. Both customer service is very poor.

Amazingly my expensive table top bbq had no cover. No problem I had one made. Good quality.

Simi was very good, very friendly and totally professional. Helped me enormously when ordering. Rcvd email to say 22 June delivery. Waited in all day, no delivery. Rang and he put me on hold for 10 mins then came back saying two day's time now. No apology. I also had rattan furniture delivered same day from another firm so its now in my lounge, as cannot put it outside because of weather!

Excellent well made product - best cover I've ever had.

Website is easy navigate and to order online no problems so far. Simple instructions for measurements of cover, very easy to follow. Cover arrived 2 weeks after ordering and arrived 2 weeks before the given delivery date, having been shipped from India. Material is thicker than the original cover and has a large pocket in the front which was not in the original specs. On the whole very pleased with the cover. The only downside is that the drawstring is only on the 4 corners and not the whole way round which causes the material to flap in stronger winds. A drawsring encompassing the entire bottom of the cover would be a far better design.

Has not yet arrived despite ordering weeks ago. You think you're ordering from UK company but the products are made and shipped from abroad

I have a couple of inexpensive speakers that I want to leave in the garden in the summer for music, watching sport on a screen etc - these are really tidy, well made, weatherproof covers - and the main thing is they look professionally made so you don't mind them being on show like that - great stuff

I bought a privacy screen from Covers & All, and it totally exceeded my expectations. I asked for a big outline of Texas on it, and it turned out amazing. They sent me measurements so I could verify that I was happy with the placement and size etc. I know it's only a screen, but the Texas outline made it something special. Great company, 100% recommend. Will be buying my garden furniture cover next. Thank you!

I ordered covers for two zero gravity garden chairs. The covers certainly coverd the chairs and are effectively waterproof. The sizing is extremely generous. I am not sure that I have them on right way round they are so copious.
The covers arrived well in time for the recent downpours!

A beautiful cover made to fit like a glove, no more having to take cushions in and out, perfect fitting, fully waterproof cover for my u shaped patio seating. They double check and quadruple check everything and covers are so well made and quick too. A real joy to use.
