Easy order process, good range of covers and ability to choose a custom size

Ordered custom made covers for our new garden furniture, as i couldnt find any ready made ones to fit. They were a little expensive compared to ready made ones, but the quality is far superior. You have to pay extra for quality, and as the furniture being covered wasnt cheap, we decided superior covers were the better option. They arrived very quickly and we arent disappointed. They fit like a glove and unlike cheaper versions, they are unlikely to rip or blow away on a windy day, so they seem perfect.

Everything was positive from the outset, i ordered online but had to make an amendment and called teh helpdesj who were very helpful, the products arrived and feel like a quality product - much better than the cover they replaced, the fit was perfect and i really feel these will last a long time.

After realising my measurements were not correct, I immediately sent an email with the correct ones and was contacted on the chat helpline. As this cover was three times the price of previous covers I was anxious about the fit but was hugely relieved when it arrived as it is a perfect fit.

My order arrived before the date and product was perfect and just what I wanted I would recommend you every time. Thamk you.

I said previously "If the quality is as high as the price they'll be worth it." They are. Good quality material, well made, and fit perfectly.

Unfortunately it was not a great experience.

When the cover arrived it turned out, it was not what I expected. It is a really heavy duty rubberised material that is completely non breathable with the result that my cast iron chimenea will corrode under it due to the fact that moisture builds up inside and it feels wet even on a dry day. Not great! Should have been made clear on the description that it is certainly not adequate for cast iron chimeneas and possibly not for ceramic ones either.

Also the very large standard delivery charge and time of delivery should have been made clear from the start. It is quite misleading to believe you are going to be charged one price only to find at the end of the process that you will be paying a third more on delivery. Plus the web page leads you to believe you are ordering from a UK website when in fact it is an american website with production in India; the result a 3 week delivery delay.

Delivered and fits is great gave 5 stars to both but only allowing 4 stars

I am very pleased with my purchase. I was unable to buy a cover to fit my wooden table so found the site which made them. The site was easy to use, offered help with how to measure equipment. Great customer service and parcel arrived earlier than estimated. The cover is well made and fits well.

Free delivery means no delivery. I placed my order and the order confirmation came back with a three week delivery date. Three days after placing the order I was told one item was ready I have now received that then 3 days later I was told the other item was ready but they haven't delivered it yet!
