I placed two orders with Cover & All UK placed a couple of months apart as we had to wait for our furniture to be delivered. I was prepared to pay premium prices for premium products. Ordering was easy and straightforward and the covers arrived ahead of time - so far, so good. However when the second set of covers arrived it was clear that they had been made inside out - the inner (textured) surface of the first order was the outside surface of the second set of covers. (Both inner and outer surfaces are a different finish). When put next to each other (as they will be), we do not get the consistent finish we wanted.

I first contacted the firm via their chat and ended up chatting with someone called Yanky. I explained my problem and shared photos. He couldn't help but promised that Customer Services would be in touch within 48-72 hrs. Needless to say, they didn't reach out. So I emailed them for an update and it looks like that has been ignored too.

As a result, all of the goodwill from the first order and the easy ordering process is evaporating and I am left feeling that once they have your money, they stop being interested in you.

I put the wrong dimensions online and dreaded the consequences but customer services were fantastic. They changed the dimensions which lowered the cost. The difference was refunded promptly.

When the cover came it exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic quality and fits my conical chiminea perfectly.

Highly recommend this company and I'll be ordering some garden furniture covers soon.

I've been looking for replacement cushion covers for my outdoor seating for a while now and have had a few quotes that were just a bit too pricey. What I liked about this website was that I could put my measurements in and get an instant quote, plus there was 20% off when I ordered so I feel I got a real bargain. The covers arrived before the date I was given and they were a perfect fit. They've transformed my outdoor seating, it looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend Covers and All.

I heard of the company from a Facebook site. Many people had used the site and were very pleased. I can see why. Great product and a great price.

The chair cover was excellent, very strong and very well made but there was a problem with delivery.
I received an email notifying me of the day it was due to be delivered but it didn't arrive. I waited 2 more days then rang the seller to be told it hadn't even been made yet! I complained about the wrong information but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I emailed and received a reply that was not even an apology, they just didn't get the point that I had waited in for a delivery that wasn't going to happen. Following that complaint the item was delivered within a couple of days. Strange.

I ordered a bbq and 2 covers the wrong size were sent to me.
After care was v poor as they clearly didn't believe me and made me send all sorts of photos of the cover I had received with a tape measure in the picture and measurements of my bbq.
They then said they couldn't see the pictures clearly on the email and asked for more to be sent.
Still not heard back from them.
Be warned wouldn't not recommend buying from them

Good quality and perfect for my hot tub pergola keeping elements out but still allowing me to see the outside world. Arrived earlier than originally stated and well packaged. Very pleased with the goods and the service received. 5 stars all round.
