Easy to find what I was looking for. Instructions for measurements very clear. Image upload very useful.

I received a cover but it'd not a trailer cover and doesn't fit snug around each corner. I've raised the a few times on the chat on 11th June but heard nothing since chasing yesterday. The cover isn't suitable. Not big enough and not enough brass holes to pull and tie down. I would like a refund or a properly made trailer cover to fit or I'd need a bigger cover. Please can you look into this?

Easy enough to order. Cover is just what I needed. Didn't realise it was made in India hence longer delivery but I would order again

It almost seemed too good to be true, when I first looked at the site. Customised cover reasonable priced, I was sceptic - but great order process, as well as support, and as my unit didn't fit the standard options, I was pleased with the ability to upload picture and to my surprised I received a design to approve before production started, and it was spot on. Received it some days ago, and it fits perfectly! I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely use again!

Good service and quality product and correct size as ordered

Well made and a lovely finish, but lost 1 star as not packed very well which meant it was very creased, hopefully can get these out.

Spoke on the chat with representative, and advised wanted to use for a pull in and out cover, to have flexibility of shade and sun. Recommended the 12in spacing.

Ordering was ok. Delivery was quicker than advertised, especially as product came from India!

Quality of product was good, however "too heavy" to be used as pull in and pull out. With only side grommets to run the cable, it "sags" in the middle - this maybe due to size? 100in x 114in.

The grommet holes were supposed to 12in apart but differed along the whole length and width of the cover, with the holes also not aligning with the other side!

Am having to look and see if can adapt the cover and see if I can install grommets along the centre to enable an extra cable to be run and reduce the "sag", or install as a permanent fixture.

So far very good - arrived promptly and seems well made.
The only issue is that when placing an order do not expect Cover and All to show on your statement, instead it is a London Print Banner company. This caused me to question the transaction as I simply did not recognise the payee.

Ordered two covers for garden sun loungers which I couldn't find covers for. Sent the measurements and within a week they arrived and the quality and fit are perfect.

Prompt delivery and was just what I wanted.

Cover has arrived and Ok but shipped from India which took an age. Should be more upfront about where the company is based.

Looked everywhere for cushion covers as needed an unusual size, very pleased with covers, well made and a very good price. Would have given 5 stars. But fedex didn't deliver until 2 days after the delivery date. Shame as I would probably have ordered again. But don't want to wait in for delivery's that don't turn up.
