They delivered what had been asked. Allowed me to review and make changes to my order and understood the instructions I had given.

My experience with them have been great and they definitely do try to make it a great experience for the customer.

The custom online design worked really well. We were able to order 6 bespoke size cushion covers so that our expanded deck furniture all matched.

A very useful service as I haven't been able to find cushion covers for my Rattan sofa anywhere for my measurements.

Very satisfactory - sorry haven't got the time but it's satisfying a short term need with my puppy and when she is potty trained it will be useful for other things

I ordered two different covers but the one that was delivered was for someone else and were not advised of it's arrival. Also I keep getting 'revised' delivery dates but the date is always 1st July.

Perfect fit, good quality and easy ordering. Well worth the investment in a custom fit to protect our furniture.

The sail will do the job we intended it for but annoyed when we paid the high delivery price for faster delivery but it did not arrive when we were told, it was 3 days late. Would not reccommend. Next time we will buy ready made, far cheaper, & we will modify ourselves.

Quality is exceptional! I was kept informed throughout my order process and they were delivered 1 day early. My order was replacement cushion covers. The sizes were exact as per measurement. I chose the basic fabric and the quality is exceptional and exceeded expectations. The zips are strong and the cushions are very well made would highly recommend.

Got a good product for a good price and overall happy and would use them again. I didn't give the full five stars as we had a question about the FedEX tracking and when we called up and eventually got through to customer service we were somewhat palmed off.

I had had an email from covers and all saying an expected delivery date and well as the fedEX tracking information - which at the time I didn't look into. The expected delivery date from covers and all came and went with no delivery so I checked the tracking info and was given a different date one week later. So I waited for that date and again that date came and went with no delivery. When I re checked the tracking info I was told my item was being held at customs and there was now no expected delivery date. This is when I tried to call customer services to find out what was going on and I was simply told the fedEX website was down and they couldn't help... luckily the item turned up a day or two later but I wasn't impressed with the customer service at all. But very happy with the product
