We are so impressed with the quality and fit of the cover. We went for the best option and we are so glad we did. The cover is completely waterproof, just as described!

The ordering process was easy. My order was delivered earlier than I expected and the quality of the screening is excellent.
The only problem was that I was not going to be at home when the delivery by UPS was to be made so I changed my preference to be delivered to a local newsagent who accepts UPS parcels. However UPS delivered the parcel to my home address the day after the promised date then emailed me the following day to say it had been delivered to the newsagents. This was not the fault of Cover & All and seems to have been some sort of admin error by UPS

All quick and simple to order and it fits the area I wanted covered however it provides no cover from rain just comes straight through. This was a sail sun shade and appreciate protection from sun is aim but would nice to have a cover that you could sit under of light shower. Based on fact they provide covers for all sorts I would have thought waterproof option is available?

This was a custom triangular sail shade. I measured out the fitting points and calculated the sail dimensions allowing 300mm at each corner. When it came it had been made significantly bigger than my dimensions and with the stretch it almost fitted directly on to the fixing points. To make it fit I've had to dump the overpriced fittings that I bought with it and visit a chandlers for some much shorter ones to get some tension into it and make it look reasonably good. However one of the seams is not a smooth curve with result that the sail can't be pulled taught in that area.

Easy to use site. Cover took about three weeks to arrive but very pleased with fit and quality when it did come.

We ordered 2 clear plastic tarpaulin covers to hang from decking area. Very satisfied with product, excellent service as we made a few changes with gromits & very quick delivery

Ordered through website no problem, next day telephoned the Scottish phone number to say I forgot the drawstring…surprised to find I was speaking to the States. No problem! Very pleased with cover that was delivered 2 days earlier than said.

Very good but web site instructions about add-ons are unclear as I want the zipper and the draw string and the tie downs which you can't specify together

Just a bit pricey for a simple box shape to fit my chair.

I purchased a skylight cover. The product itself is good and is fit for purpose. My issue is with the website and product descriptions. Nowhere is it stated that the cover is manufactured in India nor that the company is US based. This would have impacted my purchasing decisions. That being said, the customer service team refunded shipping costs and I was satisfied with that outcome.

It might have been easier if the dimension descriptors on the website were Length (L) Width (W) and Height (H) and units in metric instead of imperial. But can't fault the quality of the product!

They were unable to take on board my specific requirements, which amounted to fairly minor adjustments to their standard design - it could be a ‘lost in translation' issue. Consequently, the final product retained a strict adherence to one of their templates. However, although the delivered product was not exactly what I wanted, I could not fault the quality. It was made to a very high standard, the material was excellent and the colour (sky blue) much better than I had expected. Regardless of my initial frustrations, very satisfied with final product.
