Carl, we sincerely regret the disappointment caused. While we are sorry to have missed following up about your delivery via our support channels, we tried doing so by soliciting this review to gain an idea about your satisfaction and we are happy to have received a candid reply. The pizza oven cover was manufactured slightly shorter in order to allow sufficient room for airflow and avoid any unnecessary condensation on the inside as otherwise, it would damage the pizza oven equipment itself and /or the cover both.

Steve, we are sorry to note the inconvenience. We shall certainly try to relay this feedback to our packaging team. Sadly, as this is a heavy-duty PVC coated polyester, removing creases is difficult because using a heat gun or a hot air blower directly may impact the fabric quality in areas where the heat application is too direct. One can try hanging the cover vertically on a clothesline and secure the hanging sides and edges using cloth pegs or something similar. Then use a warm handheld shower to slowly wet and increase the pliability of the surface. Take care not to use or apply too much hot water to the surface. Then using a handheld squeegee or a window wiper try to work your hand diagonally or away from the crease. Try repeating this procedure for 2 runs at the maximum and then keep it secured for drying. Once sufficiently dry, you may either use it directly or use an indirect ironing technique ( i. E using an ironing sheet) at a low setting to iron the fabric from the inner side (shinier and rough inside) to remove the minor creases that remain.
This method would hopefully help resolve the problem. Regards
