Custom patio table cover. Ordered and delivered in a couple of weeks. Quality seems excellent.
Ordering was easy. But when you are told delivery would be 1st July and its now 5th July but not seen anything delivered, there has to something wrong with the system!

The site was easy to navigate, full instructions on how to measure awkward items correctly were given. (always measure twice? Before submitting) delivery and pricing calculations, were also clearly shown

Very pleased with the custom covers, fitted well and the fabric is thick and good quality. Only point is i would have liked more fastenings at the bottom. A diagram to show how many eyelets etc was included would have been good, as i would have requested more if i known.

Some shipping delays, found the fedex delivery date e mailed to me by covers and all was actually the shipping date (two occasions) with delivery to uk about 6 days later. First delivery for 6 covers was missing ties on one side on all cushions, despite correct order and signed off drawings. The order was remade and shipped.

Ordered the cover with a fast delivery time and a guaranteed delivery which cost an additional 30 quid. Cover took a week longer than promised to be dispatched and delivered. Seller did not refund the additional shipping cost. There was a query with the size but that was answered within 2 hours of the query.

Ordered replacement waterproof covers for our garden chairs. They fitted perfectly and we're of excellent quality. Will be using them again shortly
Terrible product, did not make the covers as per order size. The material is horrible and terribly creased. They refused to refund or accept return without further payment. They erased the email trail so I could not see what they claimed I'd agreed to, that they should design. Unusable and had to throw away.
Easy to order via website, good communication regarding delivery date (actually well before stated delivery date) produce was to exact size and specification, overall very good service and will use again.
Probably my fault but does not fit as it should, the back of the cover is too short needed to be 34 ins the front is correct at 23 ins, please make sure of your measurements, quality is really good
