Good customer service and individual to my needs
After our premium fitted bbq cover from another manufacturer literally fell apart after a couple of summers worth of sun, we chose covers & all. The new cover is fantastic, great material, and fit. The zipped front makes getting on a doddle.

I measured the cushion box that needed covering, inputed the details into the website, paid a very reasonable price and in 5 days a perfectly fitting cover turned up, made to a fantastic quality!

The parcel arrived but did not fit. We had got the measurements wrong. It was exactly what we wanted but too small.
The quality of the cover is excellent so we have immediately order another one double and even triple checking the measurements this time
Good website - option to choose custom size was ideal and seat pad covers have arrived and lol well made.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to make it clear that you are buying covers only. With hindsight it's in the company name, bit is just returned two sets of seat pads that didn't fit, found this company through the same Google search snd so was a bit surprised when the seat pads arrived yesterday without foam inside!
My mistake entirely I'm sure - but now I need to source the correct thickness foam and cut to size before I can use them :)

Took ages to arrive and ups couriers were not very good as tracking kept saying out for delivery between 11am & 3pm 4 days running, when they finally arrived i was happy and they did fit and the covers are lovely and well made,

Bought cover for new teak table and chairs. Great care taken to get the right measurements- checked 3 times.
Result is a perfect fit and will not blow away uoke cheaper generic versions. Thoroughly recommended.
