Ordered patio curtains with grommets along the top and velcro loops on each side, I even phoned to make sure that the loops were for going around the posts which was confirmed, when they arrived they didn't have loops but self adhesive velcro strips down each side full length, which you have to stick onto the posts, not what I ordered.

Delivered as promised in timely mannerist. Used for covering leakfull shed roof. Seems to be good quality. Very strong large eyelets, handy for stretchmode, as it comes folded in a Square. Deep joy

Good company to deal with when ordering and the cover is in place and a fantastic fit plus very sturdy the way it's constructed. I am really pleased with the decision going with this company.

Although this was my second attempt ( I must have given the wrong measurements with first order so double check!) I'm very pleased with my outdoor table cover. Well made, fits well and second order was very quick in arriving

Site was comprehensive, and still easy to navigate and find what i wanted. It was very helpful with sizing guides and options, introducing ideas i had not thought of.

Ordering no problem, as was asked if the sizes WERE correct and checking one was wrong.So good that the company is making sure. I was confused with the address of the company as it says its a holding in company in the UK, so I called them and a lady explained that the covers are made in Atlanta.
So how is it the package came from Asia?

My item was not made to the size l had requested. The item did not have any leeway ( as promised). The customer service was distant. Getting info from this firm was difficult

Promised +1" - 2" leeway did not happen. Some dimensions were less than requested.
To my horror one cover would not open easily - there was a lump of used pink chewing gum inside stuck to 2 sections.
Still waiting a response from Manufacturer.

Needed two covers for my gazebo, only ordered one as to find out the quality. I ordered the clear see through screen, quality is 100% as is the workmanship, I paid extra for webbing and gromits a d for quicker delivery, arrived on time, I'm now awaiting the second one as I ordered it as soon as my first one arrived, overall 10 put of 10. Would have no hesitation in ordering again.

The item purchased is very good but unfortunately I could not purchase it until I found the curtain hooks to fit the runners inside of my gazebo. When I asked if these were supplier was told they would not be a simple check on the Internet found them and they were delivered prior to the delivery of this product.

It seems rather strange to me that knowing that such a product needs the hooks, to hang the curtains that you would not at least have some form of facility available or information where they could be purchased.
