Everything about this experience has been poor, from the first order to the feedback site - this is the second time I've had to do this review as the first one disappeared. The couriers invented "problems" to justify the 10 day delay in delivery, the company blamed "these difficult times" to justify everything, and the product when it arrived is very cheap and plasticky - not robust and solid looking in their photos. The tree does fit but I can't see it lasting long.

Rubbish - no overhang as mentioned when you work out your sizing. If I had known it was going to be cut to the exact dimensions, I would have allowed a tolerance but their website claimed that 2" would be factored in.

It's a tarp like fabric that's used to cover the roof of a Pergola. Our product page tells that a leeway would be added to the overall width or depth but this does not refer to an overhang. However, given that your product was manufactured to ordered dimensions, and without the suggested leeway we would be happy to reimburse 10% of the product cost which can either be offered as a store credit or as reimbursed to your payment instrument. I was a little sceptical after reading reviews after I had placed my order, however my sail arrived 10 days before expected! The material is a great quality, and the sewing is a very good standard. Per our records, your order was submitted on July 1,2021, for delivery by July 23,2021, whereas it was shipped from our warehouse on July 3,2021, and delivered to you on July 14,2021. The FedEx tracking page history and notifications from our courier testify that this shipment was held at the Enfield facility from July 8 to July 13 for local and operational issues before being forwarded for delivery the following day. Hence, we do not observe an error on our part.
