I was at first not sure about ordering as I thought I could get cheaper covers elsewhere. I decided to go for it after a family member recommended covers and all. I can not fault the service - really easy to input measurements and within hours they had got back to me to confirm measurements and ask for a couple more details. Delivery was really quick and the covers are fantastic quality. They fit the furniture really well and go on and off very easily.
I measured the covers and sent the details and before work was started a confirmation email was sent from the company to confirm this. I realized I had made a slight mistake and corrected this and the second measurements were taken with no problems. I also found that after ordering the covers there was a discount for first orders. I contacted the company and this was taken off as a refund. The covers arrived promptly before proposed delivery date and are good quality and a perfect fit. I am quite surprised at some of the negative reviews

This is the third table cover I've tried because they keep ripping. I paid extra for the most weather proof cover. This is thick & very waterproof. I was able to get the exact size deisgned. I think this is going to last a long time. It was very quick despite the bespoke nature & there was good communication.

Ordered a replacement cushion cover for our day bed and it was perfect, well made and exactly as expected. Would use this company again.
I ordered a cushion, when it arrived it was a bit too large. The quality of the inner wasn't great so it never plumped up. Looks a bit sad and squashed. Wouldn't use again.
Suzanne, we are saddened to note your disappointment with the product. Our products are meticulously hand-crafted using quality materials and fabrics. The cushion cover you'd ordered was supposed to be 18" long x11" wide x 2 " thick. As stated on our product page the cushion inserts are manufactured per the size ordered for the cushion cover. Plus, the insert provided is made of 40 Density High Resilience FR grade foam which should be durable enough for the intended need. Given the situation, and the unpleasantries associated with it, we would advise you to share your concerns with our complaints team at [email protected]. Kindly share video footage to help explain the issue or the dissatisfaction that you're experiencing.
Arrived damaged, with scratches, chipped paint, dents and missing parts. Sent pics n was only offer a replacement fir the dented items and a 15% of store credit. Not good enough. Would have preferred my money back to go elsewhere

Helpful and transparent customer service; however, the cover I ordered was not as requested. In other words, it was made wrong, in spite of clear instructions. And, the cover arrived much later than it should have. The inital delivery date was moved about 2 weeks forwards. Then this later delivery date wasn't met for over 3 weeks!

We ordered a made to measure vinyl curtain. The measuring instructions and options for perimeter rings/velcro etc. were very clear. The product arrived within 2 weeks of order, exactly to specification.
