Apart from the 20% Discount not being applied with initial order (was applied and paid into my account very quickly) overall service was very good. Excellent communication throughout with delivery on time - product better than expected. Hopefully, product will do what it says during the winter months when on our balcony!

Bought this cover made to measure and it's clearly quality heavy duty material built to last with more than enough eyelets to secure it down although the 4 corners attached to a decent secure surface should do the trick. The item arrived quickly considering it arrived from India and was extremely well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company
I received and email to complete a review of an item that has yet to be delivered. My expected delivery date was 18 August which has now been rescheduled for sometime on the 23 August. The frustrating part is that the item was in the UK (England) on the 13 August, arriving from Germany. After Cover And All raising a query with UPS, the package was shipped back to Germany and then Back to the same place in England. I live in Northern Ireland and cannot for the life of me understand why the package was not shipped from England to Northern Ireland! Therefore, I am unable to rate the product, but the Logistics provision is poor
