Great service from start to finish, cover good fit

This is the second time we have used Cover & All and again are 100% satisfied with the quality of the product and their service. We submitted design plans and the next day we received the company plans to check and authorise. We made a slight adjustment and again the re-design was sent back for us immediately for authorisation again. The delivery date was then provided for about 2 weeks ahead and every day we would receive an email stating the delivery date, so we were constantly kept up to date. We were then provided with a tracking number once the order had been shipped and it was received so quickly, possibly sooner than the expected delivery date. We would recommend this company 100% for it's service and quality - simply the best!

Very good and efficient service, product good quality

I have made 2 purchases from cover & all and they have both been perfect. I have had some new garden rattan garden furniture this year and unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't make matching covers and the size of the furniture isn't standard. After following the not so challenging instructions of taking the measurements of your furniture, adding an extra inch and inputting them the covers arrived early and were well packaged. I ordered the "cover max" with the standard drawstrings and no grommets both times and don't think I would need anything different. I have already recommended this company to a few friends and colleagues and if you read this… you too!

Found this company by chance on line struggles a little bit with ordering but that was me not reading the instructions did the first order again and it was fine after that. This company was very quick to respond to a query and very quick to rectify something I had done wrong on my order. I would certainly use them again.

After I made the purchase for a large table cover, I forget to choose the colour of the cover. I then realised that I had chosen the black one.
I immediately emailed the customer service and asked them to change the colour to brown. The representative immediately did the changes for me. And the brown one was delivered on time and in a very good packing.

Due to the constant emails etc checking and double checking measurements, but having received the covers we are delighted the fit is perfect, the only thing is I ordered black and got a silver grey, but they all match so not bothered by the colour. We will be ordering more for another set of garden furniture we have. The covers are not cheap but clearly will last for years so a saving in the long run.

Having submitted measurements the company took time to ensure that they were correct…. Their customer service department when spoken to were extremely helpful. All in all delighted with my cover and would highly recommend.
