I bought the cover for a garden dinning set which we hadn't yet received. When the set did arrive I realised that the dims I gave the design team were wrong but they changed the design promptly and without fuss and because it was a touch smaller than needed they processed an immediate refund.
When I did approve the design it was produced extremely quickly and delivered within a few days.
