I ordered a tv cover for my campervan. I sent specific dimensions and when it arrived it fit perfectly. Had to wait over 2 weeks though but I can't fault the product and delivery.

I was really impressed with the fit and the quality of this garden table cover. I initially thought the delivery time was quite long but the product is made to order and customised to the client's specifications. I was so impressed I put in another order for a chair cover. For the chair cover the design team actually requested confirmation of one of the measurements to make sure I had taken it correctly, (which I had), but I was impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to get the order exactly right. It helps uploading a photo of the chairs, which gives the design team a better idea of the shape of the article and of any slightly unusual measurements. The chair cover fits absolutely perfectly.

Hi, Im trying to get a resolution for the oversized BBQ cover I received and all I seem to get is automated responses and today received this invitation as a reply ignoring my issue and instead asking to me to write a review based upon the service and product. Perhaps reading emails from customers would be a great start. Also the advise you provide on your website to account for extra coverage has turned my BBQ cover into an oversized tent. Very disappointed.

Excellent service and product seems great too. Wish I didn't have to write 50 characters tho, it's a bit too demanding for an online form!

I had a customer cover made for a column speaker array. Customer service were excellent in triple checking the design and creating custom drawings.

The finished covers arrived quickly and are perfect to keep the speakers dry while not compromising the sound quality.
