Better quality than expected, great fit. Ordering more.

Very pleased with the overall quality of the cover and the fit. Round cover for a fire pit. On the quality of the product I expect it will perform as expected. Would use this company again for covers

I paid extra for a custom size shade sail to be delivered in short timescales. Despite giving dimensions between the anchor points the sail delivered was larger than one of the dimensions. This meant it could not be tensioned and is unusable.
I have raised this with Covers and All on Friday but have so far had no reply.

From ordering the covers online to receiving them three weeks later was completely hassle free.

I would highly recommend Cover & All. Excellent product which actually keeps the rain out. Great service as well.

When i made the order, fŕom the image on the order it showed holes so that a rail could go through it. When it arriged i had no holes in it, i have had to purchase an eyelet punch kit for extra cost so i can put the curtains up on the rail.

Apart from that dissapointment i did find the company easy to deal with and the updatea and follow up is very proffesional

Didn't have the best start with this company. As I didn't send a good enough image for them to print on to my cover, I kept sending the right image quality and for some resins the image wasn't getting to the right department as I think a hole in communications somewhere down the line. In the end the right people got it and I item was made and delivered. I couldn't have been more happy with it,, quality was excellent, print was excellent and the fit was bang on. All in all excellent product. Was worth the wait

I purchased 4 pairs of garden chair cushions. They were tailor-made to my own measurements and arrived within a very reasonable period of time. They are a good quality finish and look good. I was very impressed.

All measurements in inches is confusing but otherwise everything was good. I did a lot of searching to find a place where I could order a sail to my dimensions before ordering here.
I made a mistake with my dimensions at first but the team spotted it and made sure everything was right before the order went through. The sail is up now and looks great.
