After exchanging several emails & phone calls ensuring the measurements were all correct I received my custom made shade sail to find it totally unusable I erected it by attaching it at all 4 poles however there was so much slack on one side it didn't cover correctly and would be dangerous should the wind lift it. I emailed the company a week ago and nobody has had the courtesy to reply. The sail is completely useless to me and I want a full refund!

When my destroyed two of the cushions of my patio furniture, I thought all was lost. After some a quick google I came acress Covers and All. Wow I thought this is too good to be true, a good price and they will make them in any size. So I ordered two new custom sized covers. I was a bit skeptical that the colour would not be a match, but now they are fitted you wouldnt notice any diffrence from the previous originals. I would definely buy again, if my dog has anything to do with it this may become a regular purchase. Also quick delivery considering they were custom made. Thanks
This service is highly recommended simply choose fabric (I ordered swatches before placing order) this shows you the exact material and colour - great idea by the company and it's free. I ordered and within a day had been emailed my Oder in 3d diagram to ensure it was correct - this allowed for any changes. The product arrived a week later - the standard of finish were high quality - highly recommend
My covers arrived tightly packed but once fitted and after a quick iron they look amazing. Really good value.
I ordered a cover with a central hole for a parasol. The cover would be on permanently. The cover arrived as predicted a few days ago. The materials and workmanship appear to be of good quality. A flap is provided to cover the central hole when there is no parasol - good in itself for the winter. However, three sides of the flap are fitted with Velcro but the fourth is sewn into the cover which means that when there is a parasol erected in the central hole the flap rides up against the pole in an unsightly manner. Four sides of Velcro would have been a better solution. Some disappointment therefore.
