Ordered a round cushion cover as the 4 cheese shape cushions kept splitting up. Was a little worried as it was being made bespoke and coming from abroad, but 7 days after order placed, boom, it arrived and is absolutely PERFRCT! Thank you

Poor Aftersales after 24 hours of receiving my order, when reporting that the drawstrings were to short. I made several calls to coverall prior to the product being made and was promised that the drawstrings would be longer that my first order. I contacted them 24hours later to report that the drawstrings were no longer than my first order. I spoke to a female who kept talking over me stating I had to send in Photo's.
What a nonsense the person who made it would have been aware of the length that was put in it.
We were looking all over the place to try and find the correct size for our outdoor suite, however no standard size would fit. Covers & All came to the rescue with their custom cushion covers. We thought they'd be really expensive, but were pleasantly surprised to find they were quite reasonably priced for such quality.
