The web site is quite easy to use but really does need to be able to use metric measurements. We are old enough to remember ft & ins but most people in UK won't. It's the only criticism I have.
As an "Older" person and not into tec I found it ok on ordering AM just glad that they wanted measurements in inches and not that other silly way. Only observation I can make is that I would have liked information on when it was going to be delivered
