Really good product perfect for what i needed and came promptly.

Overall, a good service from Covers & All. Ordering online was easy and the measuring advice was sound. Delivery was well within the times specified on the order but the items were sent in two separate packages which arrived a few day s apart. The furniture cover was high quality and made of a tough durable material with lifting handles and is well made. The cushion covers are also made of a high quality material and are a good fit, however there was a manufacturing fault that left a 5" seam unstitched. I should have reported it and I've no doubt they would have sent a replacement or repaired it but I was impatient so just stitched it up myself. I would recommend Covers & All and will use them again.

No problems with following the instructions to complete my order, however there should be an option for the measurements, to choose between feet/inches and meter/Centimetre.

I received several emails to check absolutely on the sizes measured and they fit absolutely perfectly. The material used was heavier duty than expected, almost rubber coated. They should last a long time thanks.

I was contacted twice to confirm sizes and I was assured the opening would be at the bottom. On arrival the cover opening was at the back so it does still cover but may allow water ingress in severe weather. Couldn't be bothered to complain. The material is sturdy and well made good value.

Very good Only down side was the use of inches when now every thing is in mm. Also the descriptions and drawings going back and forward. Once completed the cover fitted perfectly and arrived promptly

First one great quality so ordering another to match

Good quality and fits where I wanted very well but slightly oversized. As instructed I measured between the fixing points but when it arrived there was no allowance for the turnbuckles or any ropes. Was overall happy as I had the ability to move some of the fixing points to create the space needed but would advise checking carefully dimensions you are providing and possibly reducing slightly.

The cover that was made and shipped was great and hassle free.

Pleased with product. Difficult to identify the correct contact address for uploading photos about the order and some difficulties later in communication, but I was glad the company double-checked things with me before making my cover.

The customer team answered all of my questions and the product came on time. Good service and product!

Good website ordering, prompt delivery, quality product, not sure on the unnecessary features (additional mounting hoops)
