I ordered this to cover a rattan garden chair. It was far too small to cover this chair and the fabric was very poor quality.
I ordered a bench cover via the website with full measurements. It took a couple of weeks for the cover to be made and delivered. I didn't try to use it for a few days but when I did it was clear that something was badly wrong. It was much too small.
I emailed the company and had swift response asking for pictures etc which were sent immediately, and after hearing nothing were sent again. That was 18th June. No response to date 28th June.

The cover is brilliant, excellent quality, really well made and has already withstood thunderstorm rain and searing heat. It was an awkward shape and the company we bought it from only offered modular seat covers, which wasn't going to work for us and the configuration we'd chosen, so being able to have it made bespoke was the perfect solution.
The only issue we faced was the comms were a little slow. They always came back to us and pre-sales were brilliant, just trying to get info on the order status, seemed like it was slow and sometimes our language was misaligned. If I'm honest, at one stage I thought I'd been scammed, but when it did arrive, I couldn't have been happier. The fit was perfect, the quality was first class!

Really easy to order and great quality fabric and construction. I haven't had them long so can't comment on their longevity but so far really pleased.
