Very happy with the service I received, would definitely recommend

Delivery arrived in good time. The covers were slightly baggy and long compared to the previous covers we received from you, for different chairs, which fitted perfectly.

Easy site navigation, simple to select the options wanted.
Good communication and product arrive earlier than expected.

The custom cover was easy to order, arrived quickly and fits perfectly. It is very well made and noticeably more durable than the manufacturer's own covers.

Very happy with everything, good quality exactly what I ordered. Does smell like fish when you first open it up. Happy to use again.

Ordered a patio table cover for £107.
When the order wasn't confirmed but charged I queried this.
I was advised that the order hadn't been processed.
Odd given they'd charged my account.
This was dismissed out of hand but this extremely poor organisation.
My advice is avoid.
They are either incompetent, have inadequate systems or just useless.
Customer service there is none

Only negative is the online chat sometimes it takes a while then you miss reply so cant reply. Was trying to ask if you do swatches for dog bed covers

I was advised to order a rectangle cover as an odd shape to fit, I entered exact measurements and it comes a bit bigger which makes it easier to get on.
The customer service over the chat function on the website were really helpful with this.

Easy to place order. Received a drawing to confirm requirements before production. Delivered a week earlier than originally stated - great. Heavy duty rain material, not yet fitted so can't tell how it will perform.

Measurement fields were confusing and once filled were held by cookies and reverted even when corrected. Item received was to the 'wrong' specification. Still serviceable and of great quality.

After a clunky start trying to provide the dimensions that I needed the cover to have through their on-line quotation portal and their chat service, I was finally able to send them a picture with actual dimensions marked on that. This alternative proved successfull and after approving the sketch the order was processed. The item was safely received and the cover is both good quality and a very good fit.

Dancook 9000 no longer in production, so unable to replace the worn out cover until I found your website. Very professional service provided.
