So basically I have emailed your company no one has had the descant to come back to me as the product was damaged on the delivery Al'so the material has not been cut straight it looks a total mess not happy

I previously purchased a Cover and All cover for my BBQ which is excellent, therefore it was a 'no brainer' when I needed a cover for my garden twin chairs and small table. The ordering process and service were once again excellent with the cover being delivered sooner than expected. A tough cover at a reasonable price that should last for years to come.

We ordered a "weather/UV/Mould resistant" cushion storage bag. The bag failed miserably because of the non waterproof zip and poor positioning of the zip. It turned into a paddling pool ruining all our outdoor cushions. According to Coversandall the bag is for indoor use only. Never had any sort of weather/UV/mould inside my house! The company then convinced PayPal that I altered the bag, even though the bag was never returned. We haven't altered anything and have lost hundreds of pounds worth of cushions. Corrupt company avoid at all costs. This zero star review will get changed to a 5 star review by sitejabber, as they did our last one.
