Great service. Was struggling to find the right size cover for my garden box. Was pleased to find a company that made them to my measurements. Covers my box perfectly but I should have had it made slightly bigger as it is tight to get on and off. A Velcro panel would perhaps help. Good quality cover though and should keep my cushions completely dry in the winter. Would definitely recommend.

Ordering seemed straightforward but we're asked for size of heater wall heater, not size of cover. It was made to the exact measurements of the heater with no allowance to put over heater. Very tight elastic at each was too difficult to stretch on such a heavy fabric. Gathered toggle closing would be better with an allowance on cover for fitting. There was some communication from the manufacturer but this was in confusing English. There needs to be a choice of closure options for each type of cover.
