I found this first time purchase extremely straightforward. Easy to research for products on the website.

The fabric is good. I believe the "price" based on the size of the fabric is a "little expensive". I provided custom measurements, and when the product came it was 4 inches too long, however they do say that in "return policy" that returns are not accepted for custom measurements.

This is our second cover now and the first for our BBQ. Extremely happy with the fit and quality

I ordered replacement cushion covers for my patio set. The covers are excellent quality. Really good quality fabric and sturdy zippers on cushions making taking on/off very easy.

Good quality fabric which is also waterproof which I hadn't realized when ordering. It rained overnight and the water was just sat on the top of the fabric so that you can just tip off and cushions are still dry.

Poor quality - the cushion covers are not water repellent- the inside of all the cushions were very wet.

I purchased a patio set 4 yrs ago and I decided to replace the cushions. I went to every store possible and looked online nothing was able to fit. I found Covers & All and they offered custom sizes. The order was simple to complete, I entered the measurements of the cushions I was making and added where I wanted my zippers and chose my colour. The coves came in within 2 weeks and the quality and workmanship were amazing! I would surly recommend this company to everyone!

Fast turnaround. Sent a follow up email on the submitted specs pertaining to a potential change in design the day after the order was placed, but it was not followed up on until after shipping. They apologized for the late reponse, indicating it was an error on their part. The product arrived on time, and was well packaged. We are happy with the product as delivered. Would buy again from them in the future.

I bought 8 covers for my outdoor sofa cushions, everything arrived with the right size, beautiful fabrics. Waterproof, I even recommended other products, I recommend without any problem, their website is very well done

The initial order had a mistake on it so I called to ask if it would be simpler to cancel my order and reorder or to adjust the size of one of the cushions on their end. The woman assured me that she could simply fix the order on her end. Turns out she just added another cushion cover in and tried to charge me for it. So I had to call back. That call was one of the most frustrating ones I've experienced. After a good 20 minutes of back and forth to explain I DONT WANT AN EXTRA CUSHION, I WANT THE CORRECT SIZES, he said he understood and corrected it. Another man then called me back to confirm my order. He had it right. The package arrives and only half my order is in it. I call them and the woman on the phone says she will deal with it in spite of me just saying I wanted a refund for the cushions I didn't receive. After a week of waiting for a solution, I call in AGAIN. The guy I speak with tells me they are working on it and I am high priority and will get a call within 2 hours. Of course no call comes in so I call back the next day. That man refuses to give me a refund until I let this go through as now I'm "urgent priority". Says someone will get back to me within 4 hours. I get an email offering store credit to re order. I accept. A week later I go to log on to re order my cushion covers and low and behold. No store credit on my account... this company is a nightmare to deal with, I will end up just putting in a pay pal dispute to get my money back

The products are of reasonable quality - however be cautious in how you measure. The company states that they add 1" to 2" to the width and depth measure measurements. They do not. The measurements I provided were 100% accurate as I took them from the product manufacturer (an outdoor loveseat) and verified them myself. The cover is extremely difficult to put over the item. They provided perhaps. 5" additional leeway. Also note this company may appear as from the US, but items are manufactured in India and customer support is from there as well. Language problems, and just general poor service if you need to go back to them. Very deceiving on their part.
