Hi,
Good day. We did receive our tarp today but for the amount of money we spent on it we are very very disappointed in the way we received it. The packaging was dropped off at the door in smashed/damaged/opened and poorly repacked condition. Attached above are pictures as proof of it.
When we told the courier guy that we did not want to receive it in this condition, he pointed to a sticker on the package(picture attached)and refused to take it back.
Upon opening the package, to our further disappointment we saw a huge perforated line at the same place there was a twist when the package arrived (picture attached).
Kindly get back to us as per the course of action you would be taking to rectify this ASAP as we would like to return this tarp. Thanks.

Just received our patio covers and they so far are really nice.
Product was good quality and fit. It arrived before scheduled time.
They followed up with me to clarify my request and delivered exactly what I wanted
No issues with order process. Minor changes to size based on input from this end and with guidance from the manufacturer were accomplished with minimal problems
Cover arrived in a timely manor. Very good fit, material is substantial and looks as though it will hold up well in the outdoors!

Easy to use website! I appreciate all of the options provided. We chose elastic corners and it works perfectly to cover the table under a messy birch tree. Now we just pull it off and we're ready for an outdoor meal. I will definitely shop here again.

Unfortunately the zipper on the upper cushion was not on the bottom/length of the cushion as anticipated. In checking it was my mistake, however I did include pictures and would have really appreciated the company contacting me with this obvious error. Otherwise the covers are nice and well made.

We package each product as securely as possible. Regrettably, sometimes the package / product gets damaged in transit due to improper handling. While this is outside our control, we accept responsibility for delivering the product to you safely.
Our Quality team did review the pictures you sent us. However, the only picture of the tarp that was attached to the email does not show any perforation or damage. The visible line is a seam where two pieces of the material are joined. For this the product page prominently displays this information:
"Seamless size is 9.5 ft for max and tuff fabric."
Nevertheless, considering your dissatisfaction due to the poor delivery experience, our support team offered 30% of the product cost as instore credit and subsequently raised it to 50%. This credit has already been added to your Coversandall account and will be automatically applied to your next order as long as you are signed in to your account. It has no expiry date.
