The measurements were accurate for each piece. It would be helpful if the front or back of chair and sofa were marked. It is easy to get them backwards when putting them on, otherwise very good product.
The covers are a bit tighter than I would like; I have to struggle a bit to get them on and I don't want to write anymore

Our covers are usually fabricated to the ordered dimensions with some additional leeway for the overall depth and width so that it's easy to put on and take off the cover. While we appreciate your concerns about not having to write anymore or avoiding lengthy conversations, we would yet request you to drop an email to our complaints team with a picture of the taffeta label sewn on the inside seam of the cover and a short video to demonstrate the fitment issue so that it can be reviewed and resolved. I have a dog who likes to sit in the bay window to survey the folks and other dogs walking by. This cushion will be a perfect fit.
The cover fits perfectly. It's durable and the customer service was amazing. They sent drawings and made sure the dimensions were correct before making my cover. The only thing that I'm pretty upset about is that our name that we had put on the centre of the cover is crooked which really bothers me every time I look at it.
I had a custom sized order, it was delivered ahead of schedule and fit exactly as I had hoped.

My patio cushions still had life in them but the covers did not. With no zippers, I couldn't take them off to clean. The solution was new covers from Covers & All! Easy website to use! I measured my existing cushions, submitted my order and was kept in the loop as they were being made. Good quality fabric, fast service and overall, new life to my patio furniture!

Excellent service and product. Love the material and it is the only place I found in Canada. I should've ordered a touch smaller but I'm still satisfied with what I have received.
These covers are the best I've ever seen. I measured for 6 outdoor couch cushions and could not be happier. Heavy duty. Strong zippers. Perfect fit. Very pleased and highly recommend

Needed covers for new patio furniture and wanted something that would not blow off in wind and had good structure. These covers are just what we wanted. They have air pockets and ties at the bottom so they won't come off in wind. A wonderful product.
Wonderful customer service to ensure I recieved the slip cover I was looking for with perfect dimensions to fit my unique sectional couch. My only criticism is the lack of colors to choose from.

Was OK but when ordering 4 similar cushions the return to order second and third ones was a bit inefficient. I had a question about a discount owed to me. It took several emails before it got straightened out. Otherwise a good order system. I can hardly wait to receive this, my second purchase from Covers and All.

Fit perfectly, well made. Nice colour. Shipping was one day late from the estimate so I would say overall my experience was great.
