I custom ordered my cover and received it within two weeks of ordering and we are very pleased with the quality of the cover. Our neighbors were so impressed that they will probably order some as well.
Easy to order custom cover, excellent customer service to ensure size shape and all details requested are met before production. Quick delivery. Couldn't be happier with product. Very well made and love the material to ensure waterproof.
While the quality of the product (shade sail) is good we were very disappointed the the size of our custom order was not correct. When we contacted the company about it we were told we would not get a refund for the product but they would refund us 25% of our order as they said we were using the product. However we were not using it and have purchased another sail that is equally as good and was cheaper. After several emails we agreed to the refund which ended up being less than the 25% as agreed. We have notified them of that and question their math ability both on the size of the product and the refund. As we were not receiving a full refund and cannot use the sail we have since sold it to help recover some of our loss on the sail and having to purchase a replacement sail. So all in all very disappointed with the so called customer service.
Nice to be able to select the size we need instead a standard size that is too big or too small.
Very good exactly how we requested good service fast delivery very satisfied with the product. Just one suggestion for the company to come up with a system that would allow to install and remove the cover when need it

Each cover is handcrafted by diligently following the measurements and instructions you provide. The measurements entered on the order are listed on your order confirmation email. You can also view the ordered size by signing in to your Coversandall account.
From your recent conversations with our support team and the manufacturer's specifications that have now been shared with us, it appears that height and depth were interchanged while placing the order. Regrettably, since each cover is custom made to the size ordered, we are unable to accept returns. Our support team has offered a 25% discount in case you wish to reorder the cover in the correct dimensions. Could you please write back to let us know if this seems to be a fair resolution?

Love my products from this company! My custom covers have been fabulous in quality, ease of use and ease of ordering.
Very easy to place the order. Custom measurements were all described well. Received within 2 weeks. Cover quality was fantastic and fit great.
Cover is a perfect fit for my fire table and very easy to get on and off. Product arrived exactly as described and earlier than expected.
Paid extra to have inserts included with covers. Only received covers. Sent email to feedback address, but have not yet heard back.
Hello Dave. Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your complaint. Like every business, we have also been affected by the pandemic. With an unusually high number of inquiries and limited staffing, we are doing all we can to attend to every customer as quickly as possible.
We also apologize for the missing inserts. We successfully fulfil hundreds of orders each day; however, admittedly sometimes we make a mistake. We are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
With product complaints, investigation may be required across multiple teams which takes time, hence we are unable to resolve such issues over a phone or chat conversation. Our intent is never to make it difficult for you and we're happy to call you once the investigation is complete.
Per the last email conversation dated 9 July we have shipped out the missing inserts. We see on the FedEx tracking site that these were delivered on 19 July and trust that everything is in order now. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this for you.
Fast quick and easy. FedEx was a bit of a problem but did come.
I was skeptical and nervous to order custom. I measured, selected the colour and made payment. Covers were delivered in about about week and came early. Quality is better then I expected and let's face it who wants to buy and build new patio furniture just because replacement cushions are too expensive cove? For under $200 I replaced my set covers and it looks brand new. Take the plunge, I'm glad I did!
Ordering process went great. Follow up with confirmation email. Arrived within 10 days.
All good, so far! My mistake, but the cover is just a bit short in height as I didn't account for the elastic at the bottom pulling it up. Otherwise, the quality of the cover is excellent.

Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. We are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
Our primary resolution is to offer a free replacement in the correct size. A refund is only offered if we are unable to fabricate the product as desired. In your original complaint you expressed two options - a return & full refund OR a partial refund ("we will stitch it together to accommodate the proper length.")
A return/replacement was not offered since you subsequently advised us that you had already purchased a sail elsewhere. Pictures and videos that you shared showed a stitch applied on one side to reduce the size and make the sail fit. Hence, we went for the second option you had expressed and offered a 25% refund on the cost of the product. This was only applied after we received your response "That is acceptable. Thank you."
With regard to the calculation, we are unable to locate an email from you about this. While placing the order a coupon code for 10% discount had already been applied; thus, we refunded the balance 15%. Nevertheless, we understand how our 25% refund offer was ambiguous.
