At first site I thought the BBQ cover was too big but once I put it on I am happy that it covers every part of the Weber as well as a bit of the stand. Easy to put on and take off with reinforced breather holes. Love the blue colour I chose. Should have got one for my daughter's Weber at the same time with the introductory offer.
No complaints whatsoever. The ordering process was easy, well laid out and intuitive on the website.

The communication with the design team was absolutely wonderful, we got exactly what we wanted. We picked the extra durable material because we live in Canada with some harsh winters. Both the covers for the ottoman and lounger are a great fit and with extra fabric to put under both of them for winter storage outside.

I specifically requested a hole in the middle of my cover, which was not done, rendering the custom cover useless. I am still waiting to see whether or not they will remedy the situation.

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity.
With product complaints, we ask for pictures clearly showing the problem. This is required not only to establish the error but also to ensure that any replacement being sent does not have the same problem. Regrettably, the pictures you first sent us simply showed the cover without any measurements. We have now received the second set of images. Our Quality team will review this shortly and respond as quickly as possible.

It came very early which was nice. The fabric is very strong and easy to install.
Online site and measuring instruction A1 made it easy it fits perfect fast delivery very impressive your process is very good.
I was happy with the fit but I can't get rid of the creases from packing. I installed it about 3 days ago and still the creases remain, possibly something to do with the quality of vinyl or I am just impatient? I was surprised to see a couple of extra pouches on either side of the cover which may come in handy with extra parts. In all I am sure it will be great for many years to come.

We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds.
The creases on your covers will subside eventually; leaving them out in the sun for a while helps. You can also use a hot air blower over the creases to minimize them.

I received a cover of length 94" versus the desired 112" length, and I think I know why. I had been working on a test order but didn't place it. I then input and placed my actual order with the correct dimensions. I included a picture taken on June 6, the date of the order; and the brand/product name (Wayfair Mazie 7 piece rattan sectional seating group, with 110" length specification). The actual order was somehow replaced by the test order. Cover and All denies receiving an order with photo and description, which can't be.

As soon as an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent out. This email lists the measurements you have provided along with any notes you have entered and reference images you have uploaded. Your order confirmation lists the width as 94". There are no notes or reference images on your order. Had we been contacted immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation, this would have been a quick correction to make. The email does state "Please check the details of your order. In case of any changes, kindly inform us within 24 hours of placing the order via phone or chat."
If you have an account on Coversandall and are signed in to your account, your cart items are saved to it. Your order was not placed using an account. In such cases, your cart items, notes and attachments are saved in your browser's temporary storage (called cache). Depending on your browser's settings, cache is cleared when you close the tab/window, or when you exit the browser, or when you restart your system.
Since each cover is custom made to the size ordered, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. Nevertheless, we understand that when ordering online mistakes can happen. It is our policy to be as flexible as possible when assisting you in such situations. Regrettably, there are no instructions on your order requesting an umbrella hole. As soon as the order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent out. This email lists the measurements you have provided along with any notes you have entered and reference images you have uploaded. As you can see, there are no notes on your order which (as shown in the example pictures) is for a basic table cover without any umbrella holes.
Since each cover is custom made to the ordered size, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side.
