Very good, happy with the covers, they came faster than expected.

The ordering process for covers for my 3 piece patio set was easy to use. Great layout on how to add my measurements.

I received my order on time and was pleased that everything fit perfectly. I purchased the heavy duty material as I plan on leaving my furniture out in the winter. Seems like good material!

Not satisfied with delivery as promised too hard to expidite, measurements not satisfied at all too small on width /length, too much on height material very heavy

I have had a very long wait (3 months) to get the first covers made and then I needed to order more of each and could not just "reorder", I had to enter all info from sratch again. Also, your call center hung up on me when I was trying to reorder.

They always provide a drawing and ask questions which is great. Always get the right fit.

I received the cover and it is exactly as described. The material and workmanship is great. I received this product in time. I would definitely recommend Covers & All.

I liked the chat window, it helps when you're stuck during the purchase. There are discrepancies with the promotions where it ranges also with disclaimer up to maximum. That was very frustrating, I had to redo my purchase order several times as result. The "free bag" showed up one time in the cart and the next time it didn't even though the order was the exact same. Prior to committing to the order, I had asked via chat if it's missing is that ok to continue with the order and the agent said yes, it's standard even though it's not on the cart. The order arrived without it.

Very helpful online experience. From the very beginning of the shopping. Very detail guideline as to how to measure my patio furniture. Love their prompt respond when I noticed I made a mistake in the measurements. Very impressive.

It was very easy to use the website. My order was manufactured outside Canada but arrived very quickly. The quality was excellent and the cover fit my fire table perfectly. I have already made a second order for a custom cover to go over 4 folding patio chairs.

I purchased an odd shaped lounger and the great people at Covers and All made sure that the measurements were precise. It is an oblong oval with a higher back than foot area that the cover fits perfectly. I was also surprised how fast it came. I wasn't expecting it for another week given it had to be made.

Fast, efficient arrived faster than I thought it would. I am about to order covers for a new outdoor set that arrived yesterday.

I ordered 2 items (a small cushion cover and a large outdoor triangular shaped shade cover) and I only received the small cushion cover. The shade cover cost me 150 dollars and it never came. They told me it was shipped in the same package when it clearly was not. I emailed customer service and they still have not gotten back to me. I have no clue how the largest and most expensive part of the order could simply be forgotten and left out! Extremely disappointing considering how long I waited for the order and how much I paid
