Found the cover easy enough. I actually purchased 2 to receive a discount for the second. They shipped both covers separately. Instead of shipping two covers as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, they shipped them separately so I had to pay $83.00 each for customs. That's $164.00. I will never buy from here again!
Very user friendly website. However, after leaving 3 on-line notes to the "Rapid Response" team I never received any reply.
Unfortunately the boat cover that was confirmed on the phone by a Cover Anything Customer Service representative that it would fit perfectly was way, way too big and did not fit and was unusable.
I returned the cover for a full refund.

This is the 2nd such cover for the same truck...both come apart very quickly...the last one w/in the 2nd month of receipt...I am preparing to send you pictures to get a replacement...but do not want the same cover.need something other than a paper cover; maybe the silver polyester cover; certainly something more substantial!
Very simple process nothing complicated very nice good job
Very positive. The chat helped with my decision. My RX-7 sits outside year around and I wanted a durable cover that could endure the elements for many years. I purchased this cover after using a competitor's top-of-the- line cover for 2 years that pretty much rotted from UV after being assured it would last for 10 years. I am encouraged by Cover Anything's cover based on its thickness and quality. We'll see how long it lasts but at this time I'm extremely satisfied.

Very disappointed with the quality of the cover vs. what I expected via the description of the product. It was not all the layers they proclaimed, it was one, very thin layer with a thin backing material which made it very expensive at close to $100 on sale from $300!
Cover for 63 Lincoln was way too small for this car! Called, e mailed,NO response at all. Will never buy from them again you should not either. Would rate lower than one if possible.
Easy to navigate so easy to order what is needed. Shouldn't have bought the one I did as cheaper is not always better. If I had known what I was buying would have bought a better one.

I purchased the Weatherfit Platnium SUV Cover in Sept 2017 as I needed a durable cover for outside storage. The ratings that Cover Anything were extremely good for UV protection, water resistance, breathability, and durability were some of the mitigating factors in buying their products. But as the summer of 2019 rolled around I noticed that the surface of the fabric was degrading and by the end of Sept 2019 the fabric tore after I removed the snow from a freak snow storm in Alberta. Warranty dept will send new cover which after being prorated for the time I have owned it, cost of exchange of US currency, and duties I still have no guarantee from them that this will not happen again. This cover has a 10 yr warranty.

I had this boat cover for 5 months when I noticed the strapping coming apart. I had already noticed that the blue cover was already badly faded and looked like crap after only a few months. When I contacted them asking for a refund because it is already falling apart after buying their "platinum" more expensive cover for $200 I was denied.
They responded by saying this was not covered because water had "pooled" on it thereby voiding the warranty. WHAT? This is supposed to be a weatherproof 12 year guaranteed cover! Of course water got on it when it rains! DUH! I wouldn't need a cover otherwise! But they come up with excuses and cover their asses. Soooo lessen learned. DON'T buy these covers unless you want it to be falling apart from the sun and water on it. What a joke. ( I would add a photo but it won't let me. My picture is too big.)
Ms. Diana, our covers are weatherproof and made for the most extreme conditions. However, as with any boat cover on the market, it is imperative to not let water stand and pool on a cover. Water adds an incredible amount of weight when it is allowed to sit on the cover, as well as not letting the cover dry out appropriately. The appropriate use of support poles or support structure is necessary to protect the boat and the cover itself. We are very clear on our website and on our installation instructions that using cover support to prevent excessive water pooling is a required part of maintaining the warranty.

They were right. Cower came pretty fast but way longer then we ordered. Even we told them exact dimensions and what boat we have. First we make mistake and ordered cover for the boat with extended platform. We sent them email saying that we make mistake. After 12 hours we received email from them saying that they will correct that and make sure we receive right cover. They never did.
Finding the right cover on the website for my motorcycle was easy. The checkout process was a breeze. And then my cover arrived (a day early, I might add). At first, when I took it out of the bag, I was a little disappointed at how lightweight it felt. I needn't have worried. This cover is amazing. It fits my bike perfectly and the elastic edges make it snug all the way around. I have a windshield and saddlebags, but everything fit very nicely under the cover. After the rain stops, the water quickly evaporates, leaving the cover ready to remove in no time. And about the light weight, that's a bonus. It is very easy to roll up and store in my saddle bag and no trouble at all if I ask my wife to cover my bike when I'm not home. It is so lightweight that anyone can manage it alone. Don't be fooled like I was. That bike is protected. I'm comfortable with that fact. The cover obviously doesn't need to weigh a ton to protect your equipment. The next time I need a cover, I'll be back.

Richard, we certainly back up our products with our replacement warranty. We would ship the replacement cover to you, and you would not owe any duties on the item since it is a replacement. The exchange rate is obviously outside of our control. However, we do want to make the full warranty replacement as simple as possible for our customers.
