Finding the right cover on the website for my motorcycle was easy. The checkout process was a breeze. And then my cover arrived (a day early, I might add). At first, when I took it out of the bag, I was a little disappointed at how lightweight it felt. I needn't have worried. This cover is amazing. It fits my bike perfectly and the elastic edges make it snug all the way around. I have a windshield and saddlebags, but everything fit very nicely under the cover. After the rain stops, the water quickly evaporates, leaving the cover ready to remove in no time. And about the light weight, that's a bonus. It is very easy to roll up and store in my saddle bag and no trouble at all if I ask my wife to cover my bike when I'm not home. It is so lightweight that anyone can manage it alone. Don't be fooled like I was. That bike is protected. I'm comfortable with that fact. The cover obviously doesn't need to weigh a ton to protect your equipment. The next time I need a cover, I'll be back.

Ordered from this website. There site allows you to enter your vehicle for purpose of fit. The cover did not fit my motorcycle! They ok'd my return. I followed their instruction, tracked it on Fed Ex. It took them more than a week to issue the refund. They charged me 20% restocking fee. Their website still says the cover I bought fits my bike. It is several inches short. The customer service persons I spoke with promised on two occasions I would have my refund within 24 hours. It did not happen until I asked for a supervisor.
Very easy, just select and go. I like the no extra charge for the optional swim platform cover. Best price of all the boat cover places online. Same cover material. Quality of the workmanship was excellent.

But
If the product is for my Malibu the straps are too short. They don't buckle side to side. Well the second one does reach under the bow but the others do not. I have to tie them to the frame. Kinda hokey.
So disappointed with the product, but I didn't react quickly enough to return it. I can't get it on my car by myself. It is so lightweight and slippery the wind was blowing it everywhere. For me it was a waste of money.

Easy to use website. Drop downs make things much easier to find what you're looking for. When I installed the new boat cover I found the fit was very poor. Much to large for my boat even though the web site stated fit to this boat. First rain I noticed the cover already had a small tear in the fabric. After patching from the inside I also noticed water coming through the fabric in many places. I removed the new cover and went back to the ten year old sunbrella cover.
Shipping is good but you should put a lesser value on the custom paper cause the shipping company

Mr C.: I apologize that your cover did not fit. We certainly could have provided a larger cover to fit your bike and accommodate any aftermarket parts that you may have installed that would affect the fit. Additionally, restocking fees are only charged on covers that are returned excessively dirty or damaged. In this case, the cover was returned to us in a condition that required us to completely discard the item. We do photograph each and every return, so if you would like us to email photos of the damage, please contact us and we can provide those photos.
