We are extremely satisfied with the cover for our sports car. The fit and quality is excellent! Delivery was quick and easy, even to Canada.
I'll first admit that I surpassed my 30 day window for return/exchange.
However, there is more to this and coveranything would have nothing to do with helping whatsoever.
In purchased a SHOREFIT GOLD 600 BOAT COVER. It is an awesome cover for what I can tell. I haven't trailered it or used it but the material and the amount of straps is impressive.
The thing is I purchased an old BassTracker boat and am in the process of restoring it. While the boat was with a technician I ordered this cover. After having the motor serviced and the transom rebuilt I had already had the cover for 58 days.
The day I finally had the chance to use it I discovered that I mistakenly ordered the cover built for the trolling motor on the port side. My mistake again. The motor mount is on the port side but it hangs over the starboard side. Now I have a boat cover with excessive canvas over the port side.
I contacted coveranything and exchanged several emails with Summer who reiterated several times that I had exceeded my 30 day window.
Then continued to go on and say that it was a universal cover and it'd work for a trolling motor on either side. Bs
For a company that strives for 360 customer focus I am disappointed and frustrated in the handling of this mix up. It was my mistake, but the cover had not been used. Was new as the day it arrived. And I was willing to purchase the correct one if they would only allow a refund on return of the one I had.
I hope to find another company to work with in the future for anything cover related.
It is a shame that I feel this way because it seems like a good product.
Now I have to live with a 170$ cover that doesn't fit properly.

Ordered a boat cover with several add on items 3 weeks ago, still can't even get an update or eta from coveranything.com. After week one, I emailed customer support and was told that the cover takes 3-5 business days to produce, and that I should be receiving an email with tracking within the next day or two. Two more weeks go by without any emails, or updates on their website. Today, I call the listed phone (which always says they are open, but hours actually 8-5) and talked a customer service rep that seemed to lack even basic customer service skills, seemed annoyed from the start. She basically informed me that they had no clue about the covers current status, instead shifting the blame to the manufacturer, Westland. Will update review if they ever get their act together and ship my order.

Fast and efficient good job
Quality of cover was great, delivery service was good but cover did not fit the type of boat I requested - 1987 Tournment TX Bass Tracker - cover was not wide enough to cover the width of boat in back. I did not try cover until I made my fishing trip to Fontana on the 14th of Oct and realized it did not fit - Customer Care was gracious enough to give me authorization to send back

Now have used cover for a few months, overall it covers the car entirely, but has a loose fit. The side material is plenty of room. The cover is not as smooth as I thought it would be, kind of rough. Hopefully it will not scratch the paint. The worst part is when I saw made in china, wish I would of known this before purchase.

Two months later... So far the cover has held up nicely. Better than the previous one from another manufacturer. I also appreciate the extra grommets included, they were a big help in customizing the fit to my car. Very pleased, highly recommend this cover.
Ordering this car cover was very easy but they couldn't tell me what other years of Mustangs this cover fits besides my 2006, should I want to sell the cover someday. Also a cord which circles the bottom of the cover within it would be nice to keep the cover front and back from continually blowing off on windy days which happens continuously.

Found the cover easy enough. I actually purchased 2 to receive a discount for the second. They shipped both covers separately. Instead of shipping two covers as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, they shipped them separately so I had to pay $83.00 each for customs. That's $164.00. I will never buy from here again!
