I found their advertisement for an Ignition shield and box and cap assembly on their web site for a great price. Went to purchase it and there were two option in their drop down box. One was for a cap and the price matched the advertisement, the other was a box and it was much higher. I confirmed my order that said a box and cover. Received an email that confirmed my order for a box and cover. Receive a cover from corvette connection in the mail. I contacted corvette mod and asked them to send me the box as the advertisement was for a box and cover. They told me everyone hates making a mistake that I only purchased a cover. The only mistake made was trying to buy from them. I told them the cover had poor chrome and very sharp edges making the part unusable and I wanted a return. They said to return the part. I sent it back with tracking and they received it. I filed a complaint with paypal the complaint has been closed with no refund. They have my money and their part and refuse to refund my money. It's my opinion they have stole from me through the United States Postal Service making it a felony and I will be talking to my local District Attorney and demand charges be brought against corvette mods.

I ordered a jacket on 1/29. They sent the wrong size. I jumped through every hoop of their unbelievably bad return process. They told me on 2/25 that it is now on backorder for 3 weeks. I told them to refund me my money. After 6 emails and 34 days I still have no refund. Update, it is now 3/19/16 and still no refund, had to disputed the credit card charge. It's now 3/21 and I gave them another chance to fix before I send in the paperwork to the credit card company. I was told that the warehouse that return went to "didn't do much last week so maybe today" Really? 3/22 still no credit. Stay away!
It is now 4/20/16... after filing with the better business bureau (this somewhat gets their attention) they refunded the credit card company the cost of the item. I still disputed the shipping charges, none of this was my fault! They said it was another over sight on their part and if I "undisputed" the credit card charge they would refund the shipping. I have confirmed with Capital One that the charge is no longer disputed. I called Corvette Mods and asked to speak to Eric who is claiming they will refund the rest of the money or give me an in-store credit. He isn't available, leave a message, I waited 2 days and still no call back. I called again and was told he doesn't have an extension and that I should just email their general sales email. I hope they are happy with keeping my shipping and handling charges as I will not resolve the BBB dispute as "resolved satisfied". They eventually gave me a credit off of my next purchase for shipping charges. It was better than nothing but now I have to find something cheap because I won't take a chance on giving them any of my money.

Thank you soooo much

It's refreshing when a company goes out of its way to help you. I was promised by other companies that I would be getting a call back on some hard to find parts... never happened

Corvette Mods called me back in 2 hours, placed my order and the parts came 4 days later

That's how it's done!

Ordered carbon fiber headlight bezels for my C6. Product arrived in 40 days and appearance was very nice BUT there was no visible means of attaching the chrome trim rings on the high and low beams or the turn signal lenses. They have to be glued on in some fashion. They are advertised as OEM but on the backside are far from it. Of course no instructions were included or I might have attempted the install.
I talked with Lightwurkz, the company that makes them and Anthony was very helpful and told me that I could return the parts directly to him. I did loose a couple hundred dollars but better than $550. Don't waste your time with Corvette Mods, just go directly through Lightwurkz.
Amanda at Mods is a real piece of work.
I called them the day after I ordered them to cancel but she said they were already in production but yet it took over a month to get them and Lightwurkz has them on the shelf so Corvette mods charges your card and uses your money for a month as well. These crooks should not be allowed to be in business.

I have made several purchases from Corvette Mods over the past year.
My most recent order for 2 pieces of weatherstripping was placed on November 29,2015 and I received the items in question on December 5,2015.
I took my vehicle to a body shop for installation of the weatherstripping and other items, all work was completed with the exception of the weatherstripping and the shop informed me that the weatherstripping parts were incorrect and did not fit my vehicle. At my next opportunity, I attempted to install the weatherstripping and ultimately had the same result, The weatherstripping parts were too long and did not attach in the same manner that was used in the original equipment configuration. I contacted Corvette Mods by phone in mid January to see what needed to be done to exchange the incorrect items for the parts that fit and was directed by "Amanda" to fill out a return form on their website. After submitting the return form on the Corvette Mods website, they asked me to send pictures of the items, which I did immediately. I also talked to Amanda over the phone to explain why and how the parts were incorrect. Several days went by and then the following week I received an email from Amanda stating that "Due to the amount of time that has passed since these were received I am unable to process an exchange, refund, or store credit."
Apparently the Corvette Mods return policy has a 45 day limit and since it had been more than that, they refused to help me in any way.
I was shocked at this outcome and feel like they have exhibited some of the industry's worst customer service that I have experienced in my lifetime.
I would not recommend that anyone do business of any kind with Corvette Mods LLC

Don't waste your time ordering from this place. Small company so they seem to feel they can act how they want to paying customers. I wish I had read they're reviews before I placed my orders. I never would've used them if I had.

Horrible quality parts!
December 23, 2015

I ordered lowering bolts from this site about 4 months ago and this past weekend realized my car was making a weird noise on passenger rear. I jacked the car up and come to realize the rubber on the bolt has completely come off and the bolt is now loose and spinning. Not to mention that my car only gets driven during the weekend so this is definitely a short time for this to happen. Of course Corvettemods.com never accepts responsibility even when I brought up a different situation with the bolts. Thanks for nothing! Do not order from this place!

Buy something from Corvette mods and try to get your money back. Bought an item was told would work with my car. Corvette mods admitted it was their mistake and 3 weeks later they still are holding my 500.00 bucks with excuses. Their return policy as I was told. You get your money back when you get it. Tom

Just a follow up on my last review. After writing my initial review they immediately replied to my email REQUESTING my review be removed. I offered to remove my comment as soon as the problem was resolved. Unfortunately still to this day I have no had any kind of communication back from the company. My lowering bolt still will not go in. I would not recommend to anyone even if this was your last resort. Rather pay more and actually get a good product instead of trying to save a penny and end up losing in the end anyway. They also denied a refund and I would return everything sent to me. Such a shame as a corvette owner I want my options avail where I shop. This sure won't be the place.

I ordered front and rear license plate brackets for my 2014 Z51. The front bracket was out of stock but that fact was omitted from the website, nor was it noted on the order confirmation. I did not find out until the back bracket was shipped several days later. After the part was finally shipped several weeks later, I discovered that the bracket required 2 retaining pins which were not included. After several attempts to contact the company (phone messages were not returned), I was told they needed to be ordered separately. The website made no mention of this. Again, I was told they would get back to me and they never did. I finally bought the pins from the local Chevy dealer, where I discovered I could have ordered the bracket for $30 less than Corvette Mods charged. Lesson learned: don't do business with these guys.

Purchased a crew kit for new C7 corvette on ebay for $49.99. Package arrived and it had about $3 worth of screws that did not even fit the application nor were there enough if it was the correct application. Sent them a very polite request for a refund so I could return the item which I did. They refused to refund my money and closed the case without even a reply back.
These guys are rip-off artists and nobody should take a chance and buy anything from them. Too many other Corvette guys out there to deal with that are honest and above board unlike these clowns!

My second time ordering from corvette mods. First time was great. Second time, I had an issue and needed to return and it was an easy process. I filled out the RMA form as instructed and was contacted immediately from customer service and it was taken care of. Will order again! C6 alloy pedal set
August 2, 2015

Purchased 3 sets of alloy pedals for a C6
As I live in Australia had them sent to a shipping consolidator in LA for acean freight down here in Aus. Before I even saw them, it was way past their 30 day time limit for returns.

They advertised a certain design gas pedal, and sent me something completely different.
Contacted them, they asked for a pic on what they had sent, fair enough did that.
I waited, nothing contacted them again:- ignored.
In the end, because I kept hounding them, they finally had to address it and said they couldn't help me because too much time had elapsed.
These people know NOTHING about customer service. It was clearly their error, yet, I am expected to suck it up.
Lousy company, do yourself a favour, buy elsewhere, there's plenty of other options
