I saw a dash mat for my 2005 corvette I was interested in. The picture on the web site was for a Performance choice idem. I was sent a Dash Mat brand from Ecklers. Calling them they said that is the only brand they sell. Calling Corvette Mods told them I wanted the exact idem listed. They said keep the wrong one and they will send the right one. 6 weeks later a package from Ecklers arrived. The same full size dash mat, same part number etc. Call Corvette Mods. They said... long story short... the idem picture is for reference only and send it back to Ecklers for your refund. Paid $10.00 postage to possibly bet a $44.00 refund. I bought the right one from Performance Choice... what I should have done in the first place. I don't like being lied to and that's all I got from Corvette Mods or Gen something or other... same sad customer service from the same clueless Danielle and Kaylee.

Bought sun visors for my C5. Driver side sun visor they shipped was damaged (not caused by shipping). Their management said that since it's passed the 72 hour return policy, they're not willing to replace it or refund my $90 since it's not in a resale condition. They forget that it's falls advertisement when you sell a product to a consumer and ship the product in a condition that is less than described on website. They also mentioned that all products are guaranteed inspected before leaving the warehouse. Funny that they can't seem to provide any proof that it is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. Sounds like a class action lawsuit is the only way for these frauds to be stopped. If you want to buy parts for your corvette, do yourself a favor and go to Ecklers.

Corvette Mods are scammers. They take your money and good luck to get a reimbursement if you return any part.
I did return fog lights (bad quality) and it took 11 months to get a reimbursement...

Stay away from Corvette Mods, go shop at West Coast Corvette, they are waaaaay better. Their service is excellent. Refunds with WCC are almost instantaneous and they will even ship new parts before you return any part for part exchanges.

CORVETTE MODS = waste of time = hours on the phone and hours writting emails to their Customer service. I had enough.

Ordered two items for a Christmas gift the first part of December and was told that we have 30 days to return. One item was $300.00 and the other was $40.00 (blackout kit for tail lights). We kept the more expensive item but he didn't want the blackout lights. Called within the 30 days to return and was told that we had to go to their webpage and fill out the return form which can take 72 hours for review. Thought I had done everything correctly but hadn't heard back. Therefore, called back 3 days later and the person was very kind and helped me resubmit the request. Told them I was concerned about the time frame and did they show a record of my calls. I received a notice saying that the request was after 30 days. Mind you it was on the 30th day that I filled out a second request and we were keeping the $300.00 item and only wanted to return the $40.00 item. I now have a $40.00 credit through them but will not purchase anything from them. Guess they made $40.00 off me.

I ordered a part and they could not find it as being shipped. It was not listed as a trackable item within the USPS network. CM said it was shipped, USPS has no tracking documentation and I do not have a product. I want a refund on my purchase and CM is struggling with a solution thinking it is my responsibility to follow up on the item. Also it took 9 days to process the order apparently from the time I ordered it to when they said it was put into USPS hands. Far to long IMO. Find another source for your items as these guys are not accountable or responsible when it comes to on line shopping.

We purchased a decal for under the hood of our 2001 corvette, the product was horribly manufactured and does not install as the instruction indicate. During the start of the attempt to install the very first piece of the vinyl decal curled up and could not be installed and I have done this type of work before, it is just a horrible product. I went through all of the steps to get a refund and was denied. DO NOT PURCHSE FROM CORVETTE MODS AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

ORDERED A NEW DISTRIBUTOR. WAS ON BACK ORDER FOR ONE MONTH. SENT THE WRONG ONE. TRIED TO RETURN SAID IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN,. HAD PART FOR TWO WEEKS NOW! NOW AFTER I SENT BACK, SAID I DIDN'T SEND ALL BACK, NOW REJECTED RETURN! I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Bought windows seals for my convertible from Corvette Mods. I got them in two packages. Not thinking anything of it I didn't install them until after 45 days. Two of them were the wrong parts. Come to find out they didn't have them so they purchased the two items from Corvette Central and ordered the wrong parts. Since I waited past 45 days they won't replace them and Corvette Central says they can't do anything because the warranty is for Corvette Mods. Corvette Mods wouldn't even talk to Corvette Central to see if they would replace the parts.

Here's how bad they are... I failed to read any reviews about them before ordering parts. Then, after waiting several weeks from ordering my parts that never came I finally did. The reviews on Google were horrendous! I then learned there are plenty of people on the Corvette Forums warning others not to do business with them. So, I called in to see what was going on with my parts. It was quite telling that their first phone option is to 'check status' as it confirms this problem happens a lot. It was only after I encountered their snarky sales rep on the phone to follow up with my order weeks after they were ordered with no response that I mentioned the fact they are getting a terrible reputation online for this exact issue. She didn't seem to care and only became more difficult to work with. So, I went online and posted my own review of my experienc on their Google Business page. A couple more weeks went by without my parts and my body shop just called to tell me they will not sell him the parts unless I take my review down! Obviously we are not doing business with them, but I just went to look for their Google Business page again and I cannot find it. I believe they took it down themselves. I cannot believe any of the positive reviews about them. I do believe they must be fabricated. There are numerous other retailers I am glad would be happy to help you with your corvette part needs. I'd highly recommend seeking out other options.
