I ordered a purse for my wife for Christmas on November 31st. Waited for 3 weeks with NO results. Contacted customer service on December 22nd customer rep informed me that my purchase was cancelled after a email I received said it would be here on the 19th. They didn't have the decency to even send a email, texted or even a phone call. I will NEVER purchase anything else from Coach nor allow my wife or daughters to purchase that brand EVER again. Thanks for NOTHING Coach you really jacked up my Christmas, but I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. (SARCASM)
I ordered presents for my whole family from your site the day after Thanksgiving, its not the 22nd and I still haven't received my order. I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours without any answer from "customer service". This is no way to operate a business.
I understand the holidays are the busiest. But I placed an order for 2 bags on the 9th, only 1 was shipped out. It is now 3 days away from Christmas with 1 missing bag. Why even advertise a cut off date to order and receive by Christmas if you're going to take 3 weeks to ship it? Customer service is a joke, every time I call I'm on the line for close to an hour and it just hangs up! I'm convinced they're not even taking calls and have everyone on hold.
I won't be gifting these coach bags anymore, they're going right back to them. I'd rather drive to the outlets and purchase from MK or Kate spade.

I ordered my stuff on 11/29. Why the hell would it be shipped usps? 3 days before Xmas and I don't have my gifts and noone can tell me where they are. I will never buy from them again. There are too many other designer bags out there.
I paid for 4 items, they refused to ship them and refused to refund me. Now they send me two emails saying items were delivered, like a week before I was told by customer service that they haven't shipped and won't ship for a couple of week at least because of coronavirus. They have fake tracking numbers, showing my items were delivered to a different address and as you click on the link it shows it was delivered to another address. Nothing was shipped, and I was charged almost a thousand dollars. I will make sure they can't operate this scheme anymore. Do not buy from these con artists! I will see them in court and more!
I had initially seen these exact reviews before ordering figured I'd give them a chance. Little did I know it would come back to bite me. I had ordered a wallet as a gift for my sister on December 9th since the website stated it would ship within 5-7 business days. Great I thought, I'd get it before Christmas. Two full weeks had gone by and not even a shipping email confirmation or charge to my credit card. I check online and the order was not even processed. Great, no harm done I will call them to cancel the whole order. First call on hold for 1 hour, no answer I give up. Next business day I call in the morning on hold for 2 hours no answer I give up. I call again on hold for an hour and the phone call ends on their end. I emailed them stating to forget about the whole order just please cancel it before they charge me since I will go to coach outlet on the weekend in person to buy the wallet. No response just a survey email on how they are doing (reviewed them bad). Went to the Coach outlet at our outlet and got the same wallet at a much cheaper price! Great! If only I can get the online order canceled. I check my email 4 days after the initial email of cancelling my order my order. Guess what? They sent an email at night saying my package was shipped, plus they charged me an extra $3.00 for i assume shipping when i asked for free shipping and they charged my credit card. So now i have this wallet i do not need from Coach Online when it should have been canceled in the first place. Buyer Beware.
I placed an order on 12 Dec morning expecting to receive in a week or so before Christmas. It's the 21st evening now and so far no update, order status says processing, nobody picks up the call if you call customer service I have been on hold for more than 40 mins and it automatically disconnects. Don't rely them on if you want the gifts you order to reach you!
I placed my check order on December 6 and it hasn't arrived as of today, December 21! The website offers no updates, only says "processing " calling customer service is a joke, was on his for 45 minutes. Never ever again would I order from Coach, I can't believe this is how they run a business.
Ordered a bag, some sunglasses and a wallet as Christmas gifts on black friday. It took a week for the order to be confirmed. A couple days later I received an email saying "We're sorry, here's 20% off" with no explanation about what happened to my order. After some research i saw that the bag was out of stock but the other items were still being processed. Then I received an email saying my order was en route and to be delivered tuesday the 15th. On the 15th it said it would be delivered on the 17th. On the 17th it said it was delivered. It was never delivered. Today is the 21st and still no package. I'm currently on hold with customer service and its been over and hour. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Up Date: I received a email my purchase was on back order. A few days later I received another email saying my purchase will be out for delivery in 2 business days and that was on Dec 15th and that i would receive a email with the tracking number. Today Dec 21st i have not received the tracking number in email. When i go online it still says processing. Very disappointed I am most likely not going to have this for Christmas 5 gifts i will not have.

CO created a shipping label for my package 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to send the package. I ordered way in advance before Christmas. If they do not send my order prior to Christmas Day they will never have to worry about me being a customer again. This is ridiculous. No one has answers. Ordered early December for a 12/13/20 delivery. Card was charged. Delivery date was changed to "we are experiencing delays" to not being able to pull up my order via the order number. Card has not been refunded. I spent 2.5 HOURS on hold before i hung up.

I have purchased from Coach outlet on their website at least 5-6 times prior to this experience and really never had any issues until recently. I placed an order for 5 items on 11/29 which included a Christmas Gift for my mom and my aunt. I chose the no rush shipping since it guaranteed to arrive within 7-9 days, no big deal, plenty of time right? Wrong! They back ordered one of the items 4 days after I placed my order... Lost half my order and the last part still has not shipped yet and they keep giving me the run around. They sell products and take your money for items they do not even have in stock... I have had to call customer service 3 different times and its at least 2 hours before you get to speak with someone with no resolution given at all and no empathy whatsoever.
I purchase 5 purses on December 10. One of the items shipped out the same day others items still in the warehouse but the item that was shipped 12/10 is lost after 10 days 12/20. Spoke with Customer Service and there clueless waited on Supervisor to call for 2 days nothing it's always an excuse when you call. Sat on the phone with Customer Service to cancel my order they couldn't cancel a supervisor gave to cancel was told a supervisor will call waited over 26 hour and still nothing called today 12/20 and all the supervisor are busy this is ridiculous I spent over 500 hundred dollars they charged my card received the money but I have no merchandise and I can't cancel my order never again will I order from them I will order from Macy or The actual Coach website because Customer Service and the Supervisors on Coach. Com sucks.

I ordered gifts on November 22,2020, today is December 19 I have called and emailed both promising that my order will be here by soon. I have yet to receive my items the wait time in hold is beyond unbelievable. I will never order or purchase a coach item again. The wait time to get the response to my email was 7 days and went on to say no need to contact customer service your order is on its way along with a tracking number that ups say doesn't exist. Please don't order from here I should have read reviews beforehand.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
