I was sent an invite to shop the coachoutlet.com sales. I have purchased well over $2K in merchandise, and have always received my items within 4 business days after the orders were placed. I am very confused by the people on here saying coachoutlet.com is fake... really. I can log on to the site and see all my old orders I purchased from coach.com, because they are affiliated. Maybe all the people leaving negative reviews went to (coach-outlet.us.com) which is definitely a fake Coach site. Do your research before you bad mouth a legitimate company.

I ordered a backpack from the website on Dec. 17 for Christmas. Was assured it would arrive on Dec 24. I called in Dec 23 to check on status and was told they could not make the delivery. When I asked why they didn't contact me they said they couldn't generate emails. Meanwhile, I was receiving promotional emails the whole time. Finally on Dec 24th I was told I would not receive the backpack. It would be shipped as soon as it was available. After complaining about the lack of communication, not the fact the item was not received, I was sent another email stating it would be sent January 24th. The following day I got another email stating the item was sold and no longer available to me. Coach is NOT equipped to run an online outlet. The entire experience was not what I would expect from Coach. Go to the store or stay away from Coach.

Although this site is true and not a scam, they are absolutely terrible at doing their jobs. I ordered a purse and wallet on November 23rd and NEVER received an email confirmation and it was going on 3 weeks (15 business days) when they're supposed to ship the items within 5-7 business. I was livid and their customer support team is absolutely useless. I contacted them 8 times regarding my order and received the same incompetent response of "your order will be sent out in the next 1-2 business days." They said this to me repeatedly both on the phone and over email and I never received ANYTHING. But let me backtrack, when I called them, they told me that my order was READY with a shipping label and everything but was just sitting there in the warehouse not being touched! I even tried changing the shipping address to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was on a time crunch for these items and they refused to at least change the shipping address for me. I was given worthless information through emails and still no word about shipping. Finally I received an email though; however, it was informing me that my items were now out of stock 5 days before CHRISTMAS. At this point it had been almost a month. They are terrible and incompetent and honestly whoever is on their shipping team needs to be fired immediately. Do not buy here unless you want to deal with a circus.

I was looking for a Coach bag and clicked on this site by accident. I laughed so hard at the lame $#*! garbage they're trying to pass off as authentic Coach products. If you know anything about what is and what isn't genuine Coach then you'll know right off the rip that this garbage is NOT COACH! The stitching is all wrong, the feet on the bigger bags don't exist or they're the wrong type, the zippers are not YKK which is the only type Coach uses. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Coach is never going to sell a bag, a wallet and a piece of jewelry for $45.

Placed 2 orders with both totaling $1000ish on 9/15 & 9/19. On 9/20, price went down on all of them. Called CS to get a price adjustment since price went down and was on hold for about 27 minutes before someone came on the phone. But rep told me they will not do that since it is a different promotion. Then she told me I can reorder and return the 2 orders but I would have to pay the shipping to return the orders. I can also return the orders to store but since I used PayPal, I will only get store credit instead of going back to my credit card on my PayPal account.

This really suck!

So after an EXTENSIVE search of reviews, site legitimacy checks and address/phone number checks - I finally decided to purchase my Coach Andi mini backpack from... and here in the KEY of today's review: WWW.COACHOUTLET.COM. Whatever site(s) others were using should not be affiliated with this site. I asked myself, "Why would www.coach.com have this very outlet listed on their website if it wasn't legitimate?" "Why would www.coach.com put their reputation at risk by selling cheap fakes?" I do not buy a lot of bags (hence why I was looking for a lower priced bag haha) but I do have to say that my entire experience with www.coachoutlet.com was great!
I placed my order on May 27,2019. Minutes after I placed my order I received a confirmation email. Because of the tainted reviews I thought "Well anyone can send a confirmation email..." Then I checked my bank account; it did not state that the payment was from China (like some other users have experienced) but rather said it was from... www.coachoutlet.com. I kept an eye on my tracking number (Carrier is UPS) and I noticed that my item had not been shipped 1.5 days after my order was made. So thinking I may have been scammed - I called the number that can be found on the coachoutlet website and was able to speak with a very friendly representative who advised me that my bag would be shipped out the following day; and it was. Today, June 4,2019 - my order arrived (in Canada) and I couldn't be more pleased with what I received. That means from order to delivery it was a total of 7 business days - which it what the website states for shipping (to Canada). The bag was well wrapped. The leather is soft. The hardware is great with Coach branding. The Coach leather Creed doesn't have a "bullseye" stamp on it (like I had read in other reviews). But rather has a serial/model number stamped onto it (not inked). All in all, to those who have been "scammed" - I recommend checking to see if you used the correct website. The bag I received is definitely real and as long as I get "invited" to another sale, I will be buying from www.coachoutlet.com in the future. I hope this helps anyone who was considering buying from this website. :)

Earrings were received yesterday (2/25/19), longer than a whole week to ship. Now there is another event, and each pair is almost $10 cheaper than what I paid 2/15/19. FINALLY get my purse 2/26/19 and I am so upset. It's CANVAS! Who the heck would order white canvas in their right mind? I DIDN'T order canvas, but that is what was shipped. Honestly, the outlet store locations are better prices and the headache dealing with this and how unhappy you are going to be after is just not worth it. And if you see the word JAQUARD, that is the equivalent to CANVAS. You really need to see what you are buying in person so aren't left with a sour taste in your mouth after your experience. Authentic products, but not satisfying.

DO NOT BUY STUFF HERE!

I ordered a bag a week ago when there was a sale going on, and a small wallet because I had to reach $200 for free shipping.

And guess what, after the sale was over and the bag was sold out, they emailed me basically saying "oh, your bag was sold out when you placed the order, but still, we charged your money" (bull$#*!, I checked on the bag daily and it was "almost gone" for 3 DAYS after I placed my order).

And the story didn't end there, they shipped the small wallet and I couldn't cancel because they "have already shipped". So now I have to drive 30 miles to return the damn wallet.

I lost my deal after waiting for the sale, I lost my favourite bag for back to school, I have to drive 30 miles to return the item that I only purchased for the free shipping. And all I got back was "we truly apologize".

I am a first time customer and know this, COACH, I will never, ever, buy anything again from you guys. And I will also "recommend" all my friends and family.

Ok. So I ordered a bag from them that ended up being 114.50. MOST places offer free shipping over $50, $75, or $100. This place did not. Not only did they charge me $10 for shipping that took an entire week, I also had to pay $12.46 to ship it back to them after I decided not to keep it because it didn't look as pretty in person as it did online. Mind you, they did send a return shipping label, but I don't understand why because you still have to pay to ship it back. So I'm essentially out of over $22 for absolutely NOTHING. I used to be Coach fan. Not anymore. I recommend NOT purchasing from www.coachoutlet.com unless you are absolutely SURE you will be keeping the bag!

In reference to a customer upset because it was in Chinese; they do make knock-offs. However Coach also has SOME of their handbags made in China; www.coachoutlet.com is a legitimate site. The problem is I never get invited to purchase at the 50% off then an additional 40% off that price. You have to get INVITED to shop this sale! I signed up and was invited once! I have purchased at least $1500 + without the invite.
On their site now, the invited ones are shopping the CLEARANCE; Coach says its closed for maintenance(ha), but the other items are open. I guess they think everyone is stupid. I have called and ask why I never get invited; their answer was they have so many customers that sign up that they can't invite everyone! What's so funny(?) is my aunt gets invited EVERY SALE, she rarely buys anything! They pick and choose who they want to shop. My Aunts' friend at work also gets invited every sale.
It's a joke as far as I'm concerned! They lost a good customer!

I went to this site thinking it was real and purchased 3 coach bags... A few days later I noticed a charge on my bank acct. For $181.16 from China. I completely forgot about my charge and called the bank to cancel that transaction which they did but few weeks later I received a denial letter from bank in regards to the investigation as they claim the goods were shipped and received. I went online to find out more information about that tracking #, it got me nowhere, I contact DHL company they use to ship from China and they couldn't help me as there was no insurance for the product. Make long story short, No purses, No money, No response from anyone on that site!. Stay way it's a scam!
