Worst website to order from and worst customer service, they didn't place my order and withdraw the money from my bank account and didn't return it. Dont try to use this website they offered the worst customer service experience.

I tried to order a bag online with no luck because the website was unresponsive. I called customer service and ordered the bag online. I received no confirmation by email as promised. Emailed a few days ago for status, just received tis morning. It is the wrong color. I spent over 50 minutes on the phone and finally hung up. Not paying for return shipping. Hopefully, I'll catch UPS without them delivering it. NEVER again! My time is worth a bit more than this.

Where is my order?!

I purchased online worth $250 and it has been deducted immediately from my card but I haven't received any shipment details. Yes, I received a confirmation about my order with the order number but what about the shipment? I keep on checking the bags that I ordered if those are back order but no! So where is my shipping details? It's been a week! Why are u not shipping my order?

Update: I placed an order on Nov 17, they shipped it on Nov 22, and will wait for it to be delivered. I will update my post. I tried to call the customer service support but I was on hold for 2 hrs!

I received my order today. My order wasn't shipped from US but from the outlet based in Ontario. Im very very satisfied! Well packed and really nice! Im super happy!

I placed an order on November 6th and according to the site my package would be delivered to Canada within 7-9 business days. As I had no shipping confirmation by November 12th, I reached out to inquire about my order. I was informed via email on November 12th that it would ship within 1-2 business days. When I emailed again on November 17th, I received no response back. I'm still waiting for a response today.
While I understand that delays are common during the pandemic, the lack of communication is unacceptable. If a package is going to have lengthy delays, was lost, or an order was somehow missed, this should all be communicated to customers instead of providing further inaccurate estimate times. I will not purchase from Coach, or Coach Outlet again and will advise others to do the same.

I bought two bags on Black Friday, which in the paying process they took my money without sending confirmation, and i thought my card has an issue, so i change the card and press the pay three times in total, which means three times money, and now, i'm not only waste three times money which i can just pay in one time, but also got zero bag, NOTHING. I'm just a student which save the money for this long, and you are using this disgusting way to deceiving my money. As a big company, i can't believe you use this way to earn, how dirty you are. Hope the people in the future see my comments can think clearly, is this place really a good place to buy.

Coach outlet has taken the liberty of utilizing UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS to delivery the surplus of shipments they are sending out for the holidays.
This shipping process allows UPS to travel with your package to a certain point and then it is transferred to US Postal Service.
Of course now that my package has been "SUPPOSEDLY" transferred to the post office it cannot be found.
COACH has not been considerate at all! I have been told repeatedly that there is nothing that can be done.
My money has not been refunded, they cannot find my package and they will not cancel my order.
At this point I am out of my money and still have no package.

As I am typing I have been on hold for over an hour to speak with someone because NO MANAGER contacted me back yesterday as I was told by a rep last night.

DO NOT ORDER ANTYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU NEED IT FOR CHRISTMAS

Senseless hearts

They are inconsiderate. It is a Pandemic and I called after making hundreds of dollars purchases to return some men shoes I purchased for my husband back in June and they told me no. Flat out no. Not let me check your order history or nothing. I didnt even ask for a refund but for store credit. I just didnt want the shoe to be sitting here in my home and no body can wear it. I bought the shoe again today 11/17/2020 and they told me no. Not a second guess or nothing. If I purchased the same shoe again today that shows I am not scheming you all and I made several purchases after that purchase which by the way was $436 and I bought 4 pairs of shoes at once. This is bad business. Its a pandemic and it should not matter if an item was bought back in MArch when it all started why deny people that right to return anytime during the pandemic. I gave her my order number from when I bought the original pair and the order number today for the same shoe and she said her supervisor said no out right. This is bad business especially during these times. I will cancel my orders today and will never purchase from coach outlet ever.

Double charges

I purchased a purse, wallet and wristlet from Coach outlet online and they charged my debit card twice. I called customer care and was on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. I then sent an email to them asking for an explanation but to no avail, I received no response. That's not even the part that bee hooves me, what bee hooves me was "I have yet to receive my items."

1- I added 2 items to my bag ( Katy satchel signature cavans & medium corner zip wallet)
2- I checked out by adding my address in ky state
3-an Error happened, while I was making the payment, as your website asked me to try again
4- I tried again and still the error exists
5- after 15 minutes I delivered a message from my bank informed me that 168.96 USD has been deducted from my balance.
6- again after 10 minutes I delivered a massage with 168.89 USD deducting from my balance so it has been deducted twice
7- till this moment I didn't receive any order number!
8- i sent so many mails to their coustmer service and no response!
BUGGY WEBSITE AND WOEST COUSTMER SERVICE AT ALL!

I placed an order exactly 1 week ago and its still processing! I understand the delays with covid still hindering normal processing but I called 5 days after placing my order and was told my order was seconds from being shipped... check back that evening and its still processing! I will never order anything from this place again!

I attempted to purchase a "Rider" shoulder bag online as advertised in Coach Outlet email that I received. I was excited to order this as it was reportedly made of the glove-tanned leather that made Coach bags so nice and durable in the 80s and 90s; I notice their newer items are of a very inferior quality, whether offered at Outlet or full-priced Coach stores. I succeeded in placing item in my cart, where it was purportedly to be held for 15 minutes for me to purchase before being made available to other customers if I dawdled. I did not dawdle, but completed my order within 2-3 minutes. I never received an order # or confirmatory email, so I again successfully put item in bag and completed online purchase immediately, or so I thought. Again, no order # or email was received. So I phoned "customer service" (parentheses indicating irony), where I was on hold for MORE THAN ONE HOUR. Clerk who answered was eventually able to view my account, and he could not find either order. I asked him why "temporary charges" were seen on my credit card reflecting these purchases. He said they would "fall off" my account in a day or two. I told him that would not get me the bag I wanted. I insisted that he attempt to place order for me. He said item was out of stock (of course it was, had sold out while I was on hold for an hour!). Nothing he can do. I ordered a different bag a few months ago, that is how I know that their quality has taken a nosedive since their good days; I had run into problems with the buggy website at that time, as well, but was able to complete that purchase. Wished that I had not when I noted the cheap, thin leather of which it was made. I have checked regular stores since, and I note that their quality is similarly way down as well. Don't have that purse handy right now, but I would wager good money that it was made in China!

Terrible service

I placed an order on their website and 5 days later I got shipment notification. But the package takes forever to arrive. Every time I checked the shipment status on their website, the anticipated delivery date keeps postponing. Now it has been 2 weeks since I got the shipment notification email, still I haven't received my order. The mysteries part is the tracking number they provided shows invalid on UPS official website.
Finally I decided to call customer service *******040) to figure out what's going on. I have been waiting for ~ 50 mins and nobody picks up the phone! I ran out of my patience.
Worst shopping experience ever!

I ordered a purse on 10-16-2020 and after several emails to customer service. I was finally advised that the collection is on back order and they don't know when it will ship. This is very concerning, like why wasn't I told this when ordering it. I am very disappointed with Coach and will not be making any other purchases with them. This is unacceptable, as I am a valued customer.

I am in Canada and did research BEFORE I ordered both an accordian zip wallet and Lillie carryall, both with silver hardware. Each reached me, after shipping, within 3 days. Further, I had originally ordered a file crossbody, but it was backordered and looked like it would be for a while. They offered me my choice of bag for the same price (at least 75$ US more than my original order). I was very impressed by this. If you do your research and you know anything at all about Coach they only have a few certified sites (and stores of course) which sell the legitimate, authentic product. These are www.coach.com, www.coachoutlet.com, world.coach.com or at authorized department stores and specialty stores. You are otherwise not buying an authentic coach product.

Disappointing

First at all when I shopped for the first time at Coach online in Canada there's no way to know that the prices are in US dollars until you checked your bank account. I ordered a bag for my boyfriend just to find out weeks later when I called to the store that the bag was a back order and They would have to cancel my order so... No birthday present for my boyfriend.

Don't Bother!

I received an ad for Coach Outlet advertising socks that looked awesome. I go on the website and this website is the plainest of the plainest website ever. It has no details or better descriptions of their items so you don't know the size, dimensions, etc. I wanted to order a pair of socks in 3 different colors but it didn't say if it was ONE SIZE or what gender it was for. Since Coach Outlet only had a number to call and it was a time consuming wait, I texted actual Coach and they told me that the socks are one-size-fits-most, the "outlet socks" fit the same as their "regular" ones, and that was it.

Coach Outlet shipped out my order using SurePost which is the worst shipping service for UPS and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I was so excited to rip open the package, but immediately, I was disappointed because the socks are not one-size-fit-most. It says on the packaging that it's for Men Size 5-10. I'm a woman size 5 so these socks were almost 2 inches longer than my foot.

Not only was I given wrong information, but the packaging slip/invoice says to affix the prepaid return label included for returns. There was no label in the packaging. It also doesn't say that the customer has to pay for this, yet I went on their website after to find a return solution (since the prepaid label wasn't in my package) and on the website, it says return shipping is the customer's responsibility and cost. A Coach Outlet doesn't exist anywhere in NYC so this was such a waste of my time and money. An $80 order for socks with now $8+ gone for return shipping after waiting for almost 2 weeks. They need to list product descriptions, sizes, measurements and any details CLEARLY. I would never shop on this website until these fix the return shipping costs and add clear product descriptions.

EDIT NOV 2020:
I filed a dispute on Paypal giving them evidence that Coach sent me items not as described. I asked for $8 back so I use the money to return the items. Coach obliged. I used the $8 to return the items. Coach received it but refunded me only $72 out of $80, which excluded the $8 from shipping. I had to file a dispute with Paypal AGAIN to explain to them that Coach used the initial refund for shipping costs towards my total refund. PayPal offered a measly $8 return shipping voucher as a solution and is failing to understand the problem and the mess Coach Outlet has caused. I don't want a voucher that lasts 6 months, I want my damn money back. I had enough at this point which is why I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone. Something that they did wrong is taking me days to resolve over $8 and now resulted in a poor resolution by PayPal. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst Service Ever!

I purchase from many e-commerce sites and receive packages daily. I recently purchased from coachoutlet.com and it has been 9 days - emailed them at least 5 times, called them 4 times and they said they had stock and will ship soon... then gave me all sorts of excuses such as moving warehouses and the shipping departments issues. They assured it would be shipped today and I would receive an email from UPS with tracking number. Well guess what? Surprise, surprise... no email and order still shows pending on their website. This is a world wide reputable company, how can the service be so horrible? 9 days and counting and still nothing...

Ordered a backpack and apparently it was too small for using it on daily basis, so I decided to return it.
The returns section info has a lot of different crap. Like i paid with PayPal, and the only way I can return it is through mail. I was like wtf. I have a coach outlet about 2 miles away from
Me and if i returned the backpack there, i could only get a gift card.
Either way, I went to postal office and I paid 20$ for the return. It's a crazy price regarding that most brands provide with either with free return or at least affordable ones.
I'm never going to shop at Coach Outlet Online Store anymore. Just a rip-off.
I mean it might be good for those who are confident in their purchase. But if coach wants no returns, then post more pictures so people can see size and details. That's crazy.
